I love olaplex. Just a heads up, I number three is to be used on unwashed hair. So you wet the hair and use olaplex no 3. Leave for at least ten mins and rinse. Then shampoo. X

Lovely!!! I haven’t invested in #7 yet, but it’s on my Christmas list!!! Another treatment that I sort of made up on my own, is that after Olaplex #3 sits for about an hour, I layer a good deep conditioner on top and sit another hour. I also try to add heat and wrap a heating pad around my head. It’s lengthy and messy, but it feels so soft and strong!
That would be amazing, Heidi! I’d love to hear your thoughts! I’ve done it with Nexxus Keraphix and also just some drugstore ones that I’ve supplemented with olive oil. My hair is VERY porous and since I’ve starting getting pretty heavy highlights/bleaching, it’s been getting quite dry, so I like this double treatment!
You could totally SKIP the spraying of water in between IF you’ll just put a plastic cap on your head after you put the Olaplex on in the first place. Really, it stays moist for HOURS that way! 👍
I just started using #4 and #5....Wow...my hair loved it. In just one wash what a difference and I didn't have hair falling out. Waiting to get #3....#6....#7....these products are incredible and can't wait to try the ones on the way
With no.3. try to put on a shower cap and onto that a hair drying towel. This way it cannot dry out as fast and it even creates heat, so it can absorb better 🤗

You hair is strong and beautiful. I find now that I am older (50s) my hair has gotten so fragile and if I were to lighten or do too much I would have no hair on my head and I love long hair still. Til death do us part. Olaplex didn’t do much on my virgin hair tbh. Similar to a good conditioner. Now that my hair is dyed I should revisit it. Your tangle teaser is with your solo socks hanging out.
I can see myself with long hair on my 50s. Loved that “till death do us part”. I’m sure it’s gorgeous! Yup.. I don’t think Olaplex is worth the $$ on virgin hair. But that’s just me 🤷♀️ hope I find it 😆

no it is anything above 10 minutes for the #3 minimum 10 but can leave on as long as want. best results I have found with my crazy processed hair is , 30 minutes , to 40 but keep plastic bag on head whole time. it keeps it moist and alllows for deeper penetration, no bag and it dries out and no longer works :) it is amazing stuff and a little really goes long way, but def put bag or plastic wrap over while it penetrates.
and you do not need to shampoo right after 3 if you shampooed before. Just rinse well add conditioner 5 then rinse. towel dry then add 6 to effected areas. most amazing results.

Thanks for your video! I just got the Olaplex hair repair trial kit. I have virgin hair. But for some reason my hair has thinned out so much it’s not full like it once was:/ so I’m trying this out. Is this shampoo only to be used as treatment and not as your normal shampoo and conditioner? Also I see you recommend having clean hair before using number 3. Should I wash my hair with number 4 first or another shampoo and then do 3,4,5. I definitely want to try the number 7 mixed with 6! I haven’t used the kit yet but your video definitely helped :)

I love your videos would you do one using the pure plex it has four steps and is really inexspensive its so much cheaper than olaplex ,I'd love to see a review ,also just a little tip instead of wetting your hair half way through with water keep a shower cap on that way it will keep moist and won't dry at all

Great tutorial I will watch it one more time so Thai I don’t forget anything. I have the full set of what you. Used and also an olaplex 4+1 moisture mask that I’m not sure how or when to use it. It would be good if you could say something about that. Your hair was very beautiful after you did the demonstration. I know what you mean about not being able. To find you tangle teeter. Based on your reviews, i asked my salon if they offered Olaplex. They said they don't but they use Goldwell Bond-pro which they say is comparable to Olaplex. I've never heard of that and wonder if thats true. Do you or does anyone know?

It seems like that nut size of the product isn't enough for my entire head of hair. Please explain if more is needed or just work with that nut size of the product. I just seem as it's not enough!
I use Olaplex N3 as a leave in conditioner and have done so for years, I get amazing results from it. I seal my hear with 4 or 5 drops of EVOO and people comment on my hair all the time
Looks so beautiful.....on my hair however it didn’t really work....maybe cuz I have hair extensions..,but they are high quality human hair extensions....they just became dry and dull....tomorrow I will try again , and follow your steps...I never shampooed as the first step...maybe it will make a difference 🙏💕

i dont have olaplex number 7 oil bonding smoother, is it fine if i use olaplex number 6 bond smoother only?
Sure, you can also mix 6 with any serum you have, in case you don’t have any use only N6, on wet hair once washed, N7 helps to seal the cuticle

Hola, excelente vídeo, me ha ayudado a decidir en qué marca invertir porque tengo mi pelo maltratado y quiero usar una sola línea (que pienso que ayudará) y no usar muchas cosas que no sabes ni cuál sirve. Pero tengo una pregunta, hago ejercicio y tengo dos niños pequeños=mucha actividad; por lo que tengo que lavar mi pelo un día intermedio, por supuesto que sería costosisimo usar todas las veces los productos olaplex además que creo que cargaría mucho mi pelo pero tampoco quiero usar el shampoo del drugstore porque pienso que haría el efecto contrario usándolo al tiempo con olaplex 🤷🏼♀️ Me podrías recomendar alguna otra marca que sea buena más suave y sin tanto químico para este propósito? Muchas gracias ❤️

Sometimes clarifying before helps the product work better.
I love your videos would you do one using the pure plex it has four steps and is really inexspensive its so much cheaper than olaplex ,I'd love to see a review ,also just a little tip instead of wetting your hair half way through with water keep a shower cap on that way it will keep moist and won't dry at all

Hello there! Here is my routine: 4, 8 and then 6. But today I bought no 3. Can I apply no 3 with 6 still on my hair (it was applied 3 days ago). Or do I have to wash the no6 in order to apply 3? Thankiesss
Better wash & apply no. 3 on clean damp hair for better penetration of the product then shampoo condition.

Great tutorial I will watch it one more time so Thai I don’t forget anything. I have the full set of what you. Used and also an olaplex 4+1 moisture mask that I’m not sure how or when to use it. It would be good if you could say something about that. Your hair was very beautiful after you did the demonstration. I know what you mean about not being able. To find you tangle teeter. I buy a few so that I can hopefullly find one .they are fantastic for running through the hair smoothly. Thanks again.

How often do you use the whole set?
Based on your reviews, i asked my salon if they offered Olaplex. They said they don't but they use Goldwell Bond-pro which they say is comparable to Olaplex. I've never heard of that and wonder if thats true. Do you or does anyone know?

Lauren goldwell is such a great brand so i think it’s worth a try.
Goldwell is a well known and high quality established brand. Didn’t know they’d created a product similar to olaplex though - cool!

Your supposed to use number 3 before shampoo and conditioner. Also, how do you like number 7? Thinking of purchasing it.
Hiii! I usually use a clarifying shampoo then Olaplex 3, then Olaplex 4, 5, 6 & 7 or more often than not replace 5 with a hair mask.

It seems like that nut size of the product isn't enough for my entire head of hair. Please explain if more is needed or just work with that nut size of the product. I just seem as it's not enough!
I use Olaplex N3 as a leave in conditioner and have done so for years, I get amazing results from it. I seal my hear with 4 or 5 drops of EVOO and people comment on my hair all the time

Looks so beautiful.....on my hair however it didn’t really work....maybe cuz I have hair extensions..,but they are high quality human hair extensions....they just became dry and dull....tomorrow I will try again , and follow your steps...I never shampooed as the first step...maybe it will make a difference 🙏💕

Heidi hi Heidi...thanks for your reply 💕 yes I do condition after and then I use the bond cream and the oil....but as I said it doesn’t make it soft at all....could you recommend something I can use to make it softer or is it better just to stick to only olaplex? Or maybe olaplex just isn’t for my hair? But I spent so much money buying all of the items ita such a shame to let it go to waste..
After you combine 6 & 7 and put it in your hair do u rinse it out ?
No, you leave them on. You can style your hair after.

The literal directions on Olaplex 3 say to use on damp towel dry hair and THEN shampoo and condition. Not sure why you shampooed first?
