The Hulk vs Juggernaut is an ongoing debate among fans. They've clashed at least 6 times in comic book history. The Hulk's ability to send Juggernaut flying to the next state, removing him from the battle, gives Hulk the upper hand without him ever really delivering a defeat to the Juggernaut.
Their first encounter left Juggernaut humiliated and seeking revenge, fueling their ongoing feud. Their intense battles have seen power fluctuations, tactical advantages, and even external interference, making each encounter unique and unpredictable. The Juggernaut has achieved some wins, but they often come with conditions, like facing a weaker version of the Hulk or receiving help.
Ultimately, the power levels of the two titans appear to be nearly equal. However, the Hulk's technically higher number of wins gives him the edge. Throughout the history of their rivalry, neither the Hulk or Juggernaut has experienced a definitive loss but it would seem the Hulk remains the stronger one overall.

Juggernaut and Hulk both have shown enough power to break through realities. At the end of the day it’s probably just personal preference lol
Pretty much but hulk has more "wins" over juggy. But a couple of factors are at play here. 1 all the comics besides 1 was a Hulk comic lol and 2 he's the "bad guy" in a heroes story sooo 🤷🏻 juggernaut is close to hulk and that's saying a lot! There is so much to unpack here that I want to do a long form video on it soon.

Juggernaut also has one victory over the Hulk and that was when Juggernaut was hired to hunt down professor hulk. The score is basically a draw. I don’t count the other times they fought because they always ended in an interference or a Bfr. If you go by there concepts on paper, Juggernaut would shred the Hulk due to his Magical power he can gain from Cyttorak. Cyttorak is omnipotent in his dimension and has infinite power. Juggernaut uses only a tiny fraction of Cyttoraks power and with that tiny fraction he has unstoppable strength, invulnerability to physical damage, infinite stamina, immortality and unstoppable momentum. Also you might ask about unstoppable strength. Well, back then when juggernaut was introduced his whole concept was that he has unstoppable strength but it later got changed to unstoppable momentum. Anyways, Juggernaut became so powerful one time he was smacking dimensions and destroying space and time and he was using more power from the gem but guess what, It’s not all of it. Juggernaut cant access the full power to the gem, he can only use 30% of it. But anyways, that is why Juggernaut is overall more powerful then the Hulk.

You aren't up on Hulk lore. Go check out Hulk's connection to TOBA. If you go by each character's highest achievable power by their lore on paper, Hulk is so far beyond Jug that it's not even worth talking about.

Writers nerf Juggernaut to the ground. Every battle they remove almost all skills he has previously displayed. Juggernaut has kinetic Absorbtion, can absorb any and all kinetic force (punch, atomic bomb etc) and add it to his own strength. Juggernaut has cosmic absorption. When fighting Thor, Juggernaut's forcefield absorbed the force energy from a thrown Mjolnir and it fell to the ground. Juggernaut cannot be lifted, thrown or redirected in combat. Juggernaut can fight, maneuver and exist in a vacuum. Marvel writers ignore all of these abilities to make it a hero always win battles.
Yup he's literally hulks 100% counter on paper... but they downplay him constantly it truly doesn't make sense but it is what it is.
The writers have sucked ass for a while now Juggernaut deserves an insurmountable amount of justice

I would say the only reason the hulk wins is because the more pissed off he gets the stronger he gets so that makes him a lot deadlier
Hulk wins more because he's the hero not the villain. It's not about differences of power levels it's the Marvel writers decision to make him win.
Marvel is incredibly inconsistent with how powerful their characters are. Power levels vary wildly from writer to writer and comic to comic.
This is a factor. I just think it's a far closer fight than ppl might think but I'd give hulk the edge

As I knew them decades ago, established over some years... Hulk should win anyway most times, it makes sense. Juggernaut being more of a situation specialist might have a win once in a while and I could understand it being possible, but Hulk is more of a wild card and universally powerful... he's just written that way enough and they should give him that respect. Have some continuity.

Juggs is an absolute beast. Otherworldly , in fact. But Hulk is on another level. Bigger. Stronger. Superior.
Assuming full cyttorak amp, juggernauts durability is more then enough to SURVIVE hulk. But juggernauts raw physical strength potential is notably lower then hulks. (NOT counting the momentum thing, and even with that, there are some ways to circumvent that advantage.

Yea it's pretty much a stalemate but ultimately up to the writers.
1) Genis-Vell once asked Rick Jones how to fight the Hulk (they were bonded through the Nega-Bands at the time). Rick said to hire the Juggernaut and move to Puerto Rico.
2) In the Mutant Empire trilogy of novels from the '90s, Juggy and the Blob had a fight. The Blob flinched at the last second and Juggy dealt him a glancing blow to take him off his feet. Only time I know of where the two threw down.

Hulk is easily the physically strongest hero in comics so juggernaut being able to give him a good fight says a lot about juggernauts power but ill give it to hulk due to better feats such as destroying universes, multiverses and his best feat to date which is fighting and winning toba which is basically toaa. I remember when I was a kid (80’s very early 90’s)Wolverine could kick hulks ass even the Thing was capable of stomping his ass both were considered formidable opponents of the hulk. Now the hulk has been elevated to almost a god like being capable of beating anyone in present comic lore.

It's the essential back door plot armor. His upper limits are undefinable because, in theory, the madder the Hulk gets, the stronger he gets, and any loss he endures comes with an inevitable asterix because its almost invariably because he's faced it in a condition where he's being throttled down.

Really feel like hulk is truly the stronger of the two he is able to boost his power without having to compromising his ethics like with rage or gamma energy where as juggernaut has to sell his body and mind to the gem demon in order to achieve his juggernaut status in which he has no control of the power meanwhile even at full rage during world war hulk banner still has enough control to sway the outcomes of his fights to protect human life and for that I think he is stronger as a power house because he never stops trying to do right by his pov even if it is a bit misguided by rage every now and again
