    I worked in CTS for 4 yrs. I must tell you thay this MNC is notorious for layoffs and Indian management heavily sucks in every project they have. Try to avoid working in such service based company. This company should earn the tag of being an "As*hole".

    Worst company if you know Tamil or your origin is Tamil you'll be easily selected from a Tamil HR . Even with less technical skills and a low successful academic completion you'll be given an opportunity to work on a project. Because it will be easier to drag project completion and deployment. Many a time meeting will be in TAMIL language . Because of less qualified managers. Too poor human resources ......

    Bro I work with Cognizant and company recently decided to hire freshers in 2024 and the process has already started so not sure from where you got this information . Return to office news is correct. As far as firing is concerned, it happen to those who are not ready to accept the project because of their egos like some so called developers are not ready to work in support based projects and keep sitting idle in bench and waiting for another project. As far as my experience support based projects are more in most of the service based companies.
