As far as I understood the issue, Vivek Bindra used the first sales pitch to sell the course, but inside the course, they were telling people to sell the same course. The course came out to be not a business learning course but a course to sell the same course to others.

Edit: Education about scams should also be spread in media (newspaper, TV, FM, etc.) more used by common people. We can also explain this to people in our contacts who may not be on social media.)

But reality is that even a roadside pakora vendor is a businessman. If he keeps improving himself and saving money, he has the potential to become a chain of outlets someday.
He doesn't even need too much bank loans also. He has better chance to succeed as 1) he has years of experience in his field 2) he has enough savings to take bigger risk.
Unfortunately, people these days invest heavily in a new venture by taking bank loans, or use their parents savings or property, or generate capital from foreign investors. Many start ups that began this way were initially seen as successes are now broke.
The word business has "busy" in it's core. Unless one is busy with his enterprise, one cannot be a real businessman to me. Only scamsters become rich overnight fraudulently. Some get caught, some don't. However, sustainable wealth is only ensured by dedication, knowledge of investments, perseverance and hard work.
