- Hello! In this video, I’ll be doing a deep dive tutorial on how to make a UK garage track. We’ll be making classic UKG drums, UKG basslines, and vocal chops that play over everything and really set the vibe of the track. I hope you all enjoy this one and check out my newest release featured in this video, Push It!

The videos I make are me doing my best to teach what I’ve learned. I am by no means an expert at music production, so if I make mistakes or give misinformation please tell me! Still trying to learn and improve so I can be a more effective content creator and teacher. Cheers!

It's a great way to support the channel! Cheers
This is GOLD! Thankyou ❤️
Maybe a weird request but you should do a video on how to arrange different kinds of mixes in dance music and what they are - Radio, Club, Dub, Vocal, etc. Feel like it's s very general thing that new producers don't really think about - making different versions of tracks helps our DJs (and gives listeners more options for liking a track! It can benefit your streams if you decide to release).
This is an interesting concept since I've recently been really interested in mastering songs for different streaming services, radio, etc. I'm reading up on some of these topics and hope to make videos on them in the future.
Great video! And great track! I'll be playing this out for sure!
great tutorial. congrats on the release!

I love that you pronounce "UK Garage" that way. I mean it's true; that is how the Brits say it, and they invented the damn thing!

Remember me when your famous
I really would like if you can share more tips or tricks for mixing, I did really like what you did, YT recommend me your channel btw and I'm not into UK Garage but I did love all the process involve in your new track, so I hope you can keep sharing stuff like this.
One more thing regarding on the mixdown is it actually necessary to have headroom on the master bus ? I'm asking you this cuz I like to see what are ppl thoughts on this cuz it always going to be a debate saying that -6 headroom it's the sweetspot but I don't like that.
I'm reading a couple mixing books right now, so I hope to make accurate mixing videos in the future. As far as headroom goes, I don't find it necessary for the tracks that I make since I master to either 9 or 12 lufs. So personally, I don't leave headroom, but I think it's a good practice to get into. Hopefully I'll be more knowledgeable on this topic in the future. I know Big Z has some really useful mixing and mastering content if you're looking to learn more about it
Can you do an FL tutorial
Subscribed. Great tut bro
How’d you get your drums set up like that in the clip view??? Thanks legend
So swing is 55%? If yes I would probably add more.
Guys please, how do you know the key of the song you’re doing?
Don't never use fucking brick wall in pro q3, this shit will break your phase and damage your final mix stereo. I highly recommend you to read about this on the internet
Instead you should use 6 dB/Oct, 12 or (If it really sounds better) 18
good to know
vocal chop is earcatching af
