Loved the idea on making 4 different vocal loops etc , I will be doing this in future , I've been wondering lately how u made so many of your tracks from 90s and so I searched for a vid of you on here producing a track, only half way through vid but its gave me more confidence in making my own tracks , big up

@@urbandubz it truly will mate, you know I got about 3 or 4 copies of ableton live with different keyboards and sound cards I bought, but I never know how to use it... so even a very basic 'starters tutorial' would be more suited to me, but I'm really happy to jump in the deep end end watch and listen & learn just the way it is brother. So it is ok to make the music before adding the vocals? Some say you must do the beat vocals before adding chord parts. Reason I ask if I was to do a remix, id prefer to make the music first then add the vocals like you did in this video.

Yes they are
So the quantization has to be on triplets, for this genre?
Not always, but the triplets makes it extra bouncy. 1/16 or 1/16T
