Might seem early but you should do a steering wheel, seat mockup. Seen another channel the column was a little bit more off than he was hoping for. Looking forward to seeing more. Like it so far
Yeah the left right offset is a bit off and the projection will depend on seat and if he drops it a little. When doing firewall/floor swap that is one of the hardest things to overcome. He doesn't have a lot of room to move back but the 47-55.1 front fenders will tolerate moving the wheel arch rearward to let the cab move forward some but usually that's the wrong direction.
Ditch the rad. It's not worth frustration of making things fit the rad rather than getting a rad that fits. Coolant doesn't care what shape of a rad it flows through. You can use a small condenser as the cab is a smaller cubic space than the envoy was inside. Then just stick with electric fans and you should be good! You made a lot of progress in 3 vids and it looks like you might have a new camera so hopefully that awful audio will just be a bad memory.
If you can buy the radiator with the fans amerzon for the price not worth the trouble trying to fit old l.s one I have use Davis and high dollars brands the other work
This is a great build ! And a affordable body swap to start with the envoy part anyway .
Thank you !
Really enjoying this build, cant wait for the next episode, Great work.
Thanks for the support! Appreciate it!
Looking good 👍
Thanks 👍
What a great build...keep it up...go check the junk yard for rad options
Thanks! Will do!
Big Project, good start, and nice fab work.
Appreciate it! Thanks!
New to the channel I did my 50 GMC with a 87 chevy truck frame. kool video
How did that turn out? Was the 87 not wide for it?
it was good had to work on the side step braces but other then that it was ok .Like the square body looks killer @@CentennialCustoms
Great build, make sure to solve the issues with the front and rear stabilizer links. They do make lots of noise when they go bad.
Yeah it will be getting a new front end suspension wise before it’s on the road
@@CentennialCustoms and i forgot to mention the lower control arm bushings.

Yeah that’s not a bad idea. Interior is put away in the shed lol. I’ll have to dig it out

👍😊
Are you not using shield gas with weld wire?
Yes it’s got gas. Small tank on the back of the welder
@@CentennialCustoms I couldn't see. It. Was wondering.
How long does tank last? Equal to the roll of wire?
On my 2nd roll of wire and I think I have 1/4 tank left ish maybe closer to 1/8
better audio...sory, I just realized that I am all out of order in respect to the video chronology
All good! Yeah audio issues are fixed!
Use a 1994 Jeep Wrangler radiator
Thanks, just looked at them looks like the bottom rad hose is on the wrong side

I hope it’s just a memory haha, got a mic now! I’m going to take one last crack at the rad before I ditch it haha.
Right on! Gotta save coin where you can.@@CentennialCustoms
Move it to the bed
Move what? That rad?
