Normally when u update library for ESP32cam, its automatically added on your drive. But, u can download too by search on Google. Hope it answer

file fd_forward.h nya hilang, berarti library filenya hilang. Download lagi saja filenya, terus add file di tab arduinonya

As principle work, we can stream via internet because we use ip address to access. Unfortunately, i didnt try that one
