I guess I'm second. Just wanted to comment for the algo and say thanks. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have given Front Squats a fair shot. It's been a month, and I'm loving it!
Just wanted to say I built your DIY sled from scrap wood and the thing is great. Your channel is the most informative on youtube. Your last short on squats was super useful and even the answers you made in the comments were excellent, especially the info on what books to read. Other channels speak much and say little.
Glad to hear about that sled bro. Sled work is so underrated and sleds are so overpriced. Crazy part is I built mine out of wood and pipe for less than $50, and I like it better than the $300 sled I bought a few years later lol. I've loaded over 700 pounds onto the darn thing and it's going just as strong as ever! Best of luck with your training, my friend.
Damn, if i had the space I'd 100% get this thing! I tried looking around at other kits with a smith machine and I'm surprised that none of the bigger names (rep, rogue, titan) dont have something like this
Gym environment has its own perks for sure. But so does the home gym lifestyle! Personally, I do much better work on my own at home, but I like to break up the monotony by visiting different gyms while I'm traveling, which is something I do quite frequently. Thanks for checking out the video man!
Been searching for the perfect all-in-one machine since I have garage space now. This was the review I needed to finally make a decision so Thank you! Just purchased
Idk if you do grip-strenght work, but if you ever do, could you please give your views on if it is woth it, programming or potential equipment for specialization
If you aren't demonstrating real workouts on them then you aren't really testing them! this one is pretty solid overall. They just sent me the 2.0 version of this same rack recently, which I'm currently testing as we speak.
I recently bought your conjugate system eBook and I'm filling out the template, I'm impressed with it and excited to start, but I had a question. I'm a paratrooper and I do BJJ in my freetime, so I want to incorporate neck specific work which I don't think will affect my recovery much (certainly not nearly as much as the daily unit PT I can't get out of will), I was planning on doing 3 sets of lower rep (12-15) plate loaded curls and extensions at the end of the upper body intensity days, and then 3 sets of higher rep (20-30) band curls, extensions, and rotations at the end of upper body volume days. Do you think this is a reasonable addition and won't impact progress on the bigger movements too much? Thank you.
Perfectly reasonable addition and it should have no real negative impact on the rest of the program. If you like the manual I'd appreciate it if you could give me a quick Google review when you have a minute! Enkiri Elite Fitness would love your feedback. Thanks for checking out the video man! I know these reviews don't apply to most of you, but they're fun for me and the equipment I've been promoting is overall high quality stuff. So I think it's a good thing.
Is anyone gonna tell him?.... Okay then. Bro, it's not that the dip station is low, it's that you have freakishly long arms, and you dip very deep. Short people need to be able to get on the dip bar Alec. Hey, maybe they should make it adjustable.

turning front squat haters into front squat enjoyers is my favorite thing! glad you saw the light brotha.

At this rate Alec will end up having a whole commercial gym a t his house. Good video. Thank you for your informational vids
Pretty much already do haha. Just got a back extension from Tib Bar Guy. Looking to cracking that open!

Wow I would buy it if I lived in the USA it is amazing but I also like the gym environment.

I'm glad the review was helpful for you man! I hope you enjoy the rack
Would you consider doing a video or short on what pre and post stretching/mobility routines you do
You can do heavy BSS now with 2 plates or more. The smith machine version is just so much better than the freeweight.
I'll have to try that! Good call
Hmm I wonder if the arch nemesis would fit on those catches for reg bench
Subscribed!

Finally someone that puts real weight on these machines lol

Looks nice 👍🏻

What’s the box you use to put your feet on for hip thrusts?
simple wooden box that I built
I'm sorry... How many plates was that Clean and Jerk??
not enough!
is there any side to side sway or swing in the rack?
On the Smith machine? Or the rack itself? Either way, na. The rack is solid.
Wish more channels would do promotionals like this instead of pimping BS supplements that don't work.
