Putting one of these in the cart as we speak. Bro im gonna need a beginner workout routine to follow on this thing cause im very much a noob lol. Ive got the dieting aspect down but not so much on how to structure workouts for the best results.
Great video - Thank You! In another review I saw that it shakes a bit, have you experienced that? Since you are 6'4, can you do lat pulldowns on the functional trainers?
Thanks Joey. Looking to getting this as I was skeptical and was going to purchase rep Aries. 2800 bucks without a Smith. Cuz Rit has 200 bucks off it would not let me use your code. 2 questions. Is the Smith machine loud as it goes up and down? 2. When you adjust your pully systems, does it scratch the paint as you move it up and down?
Yeah I mean the biggest differences I would say is the rack post size 2x2 vs 3x3, and the weight stack vs plate loaded. But no the smith machine isn’t load at all, very similar to a commercial unit. And the pullies will scratch the inside of the posts some but it’s been almost a year with mine and paint is still holding up!!
This company watched your video and actually listened. Phenomenal
Bro great video. Love the idea of this in my future garage

Let’s goo hope you enjoy!
How much is it with everything you need bench and weights etc ?
Depends on how much weight but the basics would be about $1200 for the full set
Does this come with dip bars?
Yep it does!
Would the 2.0 be able to safely use in a upstairs bedroom?
Lmaoo idk I guess depends on the bathroom size!!
Awesome 👏👍💪
Will you review the “buffalo”
Maybe but it’s pretty much a little beefier M1 in my opinion!
Looks nice
Great video! I’m 6’9” and strongly considering getting one of these. Do you think I could at least make it work with my height?
Yeah for sure!! You should be good with everything besides lat pulls👌
@JoeySuggs
