    If anyone else is getting the infamous double click issue, disassemble the mouse as shown here, then pour some isopropyl alcohol down the switches and click it a few times before the alcohol evaporates. Re-assemble and enjoy a (semi-permanently) fixed mouse.

    If you guys are having issues with the mouse wheel jittering while in use, hop into Synapse and change its tick rate to either 125 or 1000, I chose 1000 as it seems to work for me and my games.

    My Mouse wheel was starting to have some problems. Sometimes when i'm in a game or in a browser, it would skip, stutter, roll back and come back to where i was.. it was weird, i dealt with it for a little while but i finally got annoyed today, and i finally opened up the mouse(Thank you for showing me) and clear out the mouse wheel. Seems to work fine now!

    IF u have a lose screw inside, U dont have to remove the front slider and unscrew the 2 bolt in front. Just unscrew the one in the back, and u can make a big enough gap so the screw can inside fall out. Mouse works like new without that, and dont have the rattling noise. Its the easy method to solve the problem without damaging your front slider.

    I had some rattling sound in mine, I sent it back with warrantee (we don't have Razer support here) and they said they can't repair it. I got a new one, and after a month the same sound came, and since I'm not being aggressive with the mouse I wanted to look for myself, and I wanted to look up a video, so I can be more safe and don't damage the mice. The upper pcb loose a screw, the thread for it was damaged. I used some glue to make a bed for it, and it is in it's place now. Thanks bro

    • @Lvlaple4Ever
      @Lvlaple4Ever 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Does fixing it yourself by opening the hole to the screw void the warranty though?

    • @MexMX
      @MexMX 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Lvlaple4Ever Yea, I guess so... it's a shame. This is why I didn't want to repair the first one by myself.. but since the service was so horrible here I didn't want to waste my time with it. It's fully functioning ever since. If your service is better I suggest you use the warranty, but if you struggle like me, then it's a good and quick solution.

    I you have a squeaking mouse wheel and want a ( temporary) fix without opening the mouse. buy some lubricating oil and with the long small tip of the bottle put one or two small drops left and right from the wheel. scroll the wheel for a minute so the oil can drop down onto the axle of the wheel. I know it's a temp solution but you don't have to open the mouse.

    • @greatvaluebleach5448
      @greatvaluebleach5448 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you want to make it lighter, I wouldn't recommend cutting holes into the top, because there would be VERY little weight reduction, at most 5-6g. I would recommend cutting pieces of plastic off the bottom or inside the mouse, which would be more efficient and effective, but make sure you're not damaging any important parts.

    There are pointless long screws holding up the death adder led light module inside; they get loose and fallout. black plastic cracks that they screw into.
    Open up carefully, take them both out, there is one of three bigger that is strong enough to keep it in place. Put it back together and you”re good.
    Don’t worry the glue of the front back pad sticks well like new.
    Also you have to poke a hole to get to the back underside screw, it doesn’t interfere with sliding.

    • @deanleung3422
      @deanleung3422 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Crazedtech yes i thought of a genius idea. I just opened mine without removing the feet. What i dis was take a needle and pick two tiny holes to where the screws are. Then i took a screwdriver and opened the mouse without the feet peeling. You will have two permanent holes in the feet but its much better than removing them.
