I use sites like RVTrader just for rig research for floorplans, amenities, stats, pricing, etc. to figure out what might work for me and how I will use it. Then I go to RV shows to hopefully see my possible choices first hand. Buying RVs these days is a major investment and prices are still really high so researching is a must. Hi Casey!! First of all, my house finally sold and closed, December 9th!! THANK YOU FOR THEI have been full-time on the road since July 11th, with my 🐕🦺 in my class C, 31ft. What I know now is that I want to live in Mariposa ( RV) as my tiny home and get me a van to travel in. I am looking at getting the 2023 high-top Ram. But, after watching your video, I am wondering if I should look for a quality used cargo van. Thanks for the tips!! And I was one of those people, a few years back that bought my 1500 Ram truck 2018. I specifically told the sales woman that I was buying a 5th wheel. She assured me, even after looking at a 5th wheel website that this truck was capable. Bs! I went 5th wheel shopping and, No.. What I failed to understand was the payload. So, people do your shopping for your rig first And THEN shop for the truck!!! Listen to Casey, She knows best!!!

Another ball hit out of the park by Casey. Telling it like it is without and "sugar" coating. I'm guessing, not counting the extra search time, that you are more happy with the Ramborgini than the van you had some one check out for you and then buy. Look'n sharp and sassy too. Hope your weekend is a great one. (Now 13.3 F and piles of snow 15 inches plus feet on the level or piled up). A friend has all bases covered, a new two month old F 150, an older F 250 (v10), and a F 350 on order. A truck for all occasions.

Love your insights on real estate and RV experence. Can you deep dive in the understanding of the ability to write off the interest on a purchase of an RV on your taxes. Because I invested believing my interest paid on my RV is like a second home..... but it truly changed my filing procedures meaning I would have to change from standard deductions to a complete itemized situation. And I'm not a business. Using my rig as an office..... but please take a moment and share your knowledge on that topic because when people told me yes you can write off the interest! I invested in a higher RV thinking it would be worth it in the end. Thanks K

Now, a lot of other sellers are beginning to get desperate. My cash talks. -- BTW, at one time in my life I was an RV F&I guy (Finance and Insurance) for a RV dealer. It was a crazy, crazy, time. I had to give it up because I was becoming a psychopath ripping buyers off like a maniac. My then wife gave me the ultimatum...
So question, how is the ride in an RV. I don't hear many talk about that. I would love a class B to do little road trips, but my hubbyman has a bad back and is limited on vehicles he can ride in comfortably. Of course we stay away from unpaved roads and stick to main roads. But have never ride in a class B to know if he can handle the ride.

Our 2022 RIZE 18M has just 7,400 miles, in Like New condition, no smoking/no pets, no scratches/dents, no problems, still under warranties. ROKU TV (upgrade). Located in Phoenix.
