That little bag included, that's a "muzzle bag." It is a safety device. When ever the gun is "on the range" or not being used that bag goes over the muzzle and the lanyard clips on to whatever to hold it in place. Should the gun fire that beefed up bag will stop a round from hitting someone.

I'm a huge byrna fan and own 2HDs and two SDs. By the way, my HDs are amazing and have never failed me, but I know a lot of people who have had issues with them I understand you sell this rifle and I bought one from mission previously. This thing doesn't touch my M17 which was half the price, not trying to put it down I love byrna products but they need to do a version of the M17 in order for the common man to afford it. Great video by the way and I love your energy brother.
Totally agree brother. Just brought on Valken as one of my product lines I carry now. LOVE the m17. Amazing rifle. Only thing I wish was that the m17 has a screw on adaptor like the m4 to allow it to take 88 gram co2. Just easier than filling a tank somewhere when using it for law enforcement of self defense.
I have had a working HD for 2 years straight until I decided to sell it for an LE. LE carries much more power than HD or SD.
I love your honest and straightforward opinion. Even though you sell byrna products, you're not hesitant to criticize HD

I 100% agree my friend. It is not supposed to. It is supposed to give you ample time to get to safety without taking a life. This is why all cops carry non lethal now. I carry lethal and non lethal. Just like most cops in America. And we sell Duke Defence CS Tear Gas rounds our FBI and atf use in riot and crowd control. Same stuff used in Waco Texas. It will shut down a person high on coke and meth and shut their eyes for 20-30 min. It will attack their internal organs and can cause convulsions so bad you can break bones. Yes it will stop a person on drugs for at least enough time to get to safety:)
The byrna mission 4 is already $699 what's your beatable price
I just bought mine a few days ago and if I knew what I knew now I would have paid the $900 for it. Incredible less lethal rifle.
How can you guarantee the absolute cheapest price available if you are an authorized Byrna Dealer???
Don't they have policies against selling products less than M.A.P.?? I know other dealers and they are restricted on how cheap they can go without losing their distributorship
The only dealership rules and regs are that you cannot compete head to head against Byrna on amazon or eBay. What you do with your inventory is up to you. Shoot you can sell it for less than cost and lose money if you want. I monitor all pricing throughout USA and keep up with Amazon, eBay and Byrna. Byrna is an amazing company to work with. Spectacular customer service and their products are second to none period. I tell everyone the same thing throughout the USA and in Canada that if they do find a price cheaper than me and it is a legal product that isn't stolen or an HD version, I will gladly match the price and throw in some co2. I've never had a single person ever find a cheaper price. They have tried and always been wrong. Usually looking at an HD vs SD and no one in their right mind would buy or sell an HD. They are garbage.
One other point that Byrna has not addressed and is really stupid on their part. They could be triple the size they are now if they did this. I even said I would help them set it up. Right now there is NO incentive to help a dealer like myself help another dealer get his dealership up and running. NOW I do it for free cause I have a big heart for others but most would never waste their time and do it to lose money and create competition. Stupid stupid business model imho. All they need to do to fix this is give an incentive to dealers to get a few percent of any dealer you help sign up and get going. That way you have a financial incentive to help create more dealerships. BAM win win. I hope they wake up to this. I've considered approaching the board of shareholders with this concept. We are a publicly traded company after all. It's called leverage.
That's very interesting because I am a dealer as well along with other friends that I have that are dealers and we support each other all the time. I had already spoken to the director at Byrna & was stated you are not allowed to do that.
Call it what you want but the rest of us dealers find it unethical.

Can you please help me out which is better the tcr or the mission 4? I like the bundle for the mission and the larger c02 but is it better or more powerful? I have pcp air guns is there one of these that you can put a pcp bottle on?
Nope cannot put a pcp tank on it as far as I know. Mission 4 is pretty powerful but the TCR really is a beast. Takes a 12 gram and you can tune it up if you want. You can build a Valken m17 for quite a bit less money than the mission 4 and achieve a totally insane rifle for less than 900 bucks. I mean fully modded out with everything. Optics, light, duke ammo, and the tank. I'm actually adding a flame thrower to one of the Valken m17s or the mission 4 and I'll be doing a video on it. Pulse fire flame throwers which we are bringing on to carry. :) LOL

Yup def know gun safety and how to chamber a round and when one is chambered. And a non lethal is diff than a firearm where you carry with one in the chamber. Thx for noticing. God bless ya.

I'm new to this (never own a firearm either), where do you buy an extra TCR clip? Byrna does not sell it, nor does Impeccable shop.
You're right, I didn't notice that on their site. That's weird... Did you contact customer service to ask them about buying more magazines for it?
@@Joreel I did actually. They said they do not currently sell it separately.
Byrna has not produced a mag yet but I am going to look into it more. The mag says tippmann on it so I sure think you can prob get a mag from tippmann.

Also just out of curiosity, have you had any experience with the Umarex HDX 16 round 40 Joule shottie? Do you think it's worth the price and is 40J too much for home defense?
Does the laser give your location away to a perp?
It is a laser, not a green dot so YES it would give away your location. If you wanted to conceal your location I would always recommend a green dot optic. Depends on use case. For my close quarter firearms esp my suppressed ones, I have some with green lasers since I'll never use them for distance shooting. For my long range sniper rifles I use a good quality scope or green dot. For my Byrna weapons I like the green laser except for the Mission 4 and the Valken rifles. I use a green dot optic on those.

You can find vids online of people getting shot by them. No thank you. LOL. It's bad enough that our military hits ya with cs tear gas in boot camp.
@@thetruthwithtrevorI remember the CS Tear gas and I was dosed 28 hrs ago and it's not something I want to experience again. As for being shot by a Byrna, I've been shot by accident on the side of the ribs and it hurt like hell for about a week and a half with all the bruising it caused.
which is the better gun mission 4 or the tcr?
I like the tcr the best now. Holds 19 rounds. Compact. Uses a 12 gram co2 which you can easily get and carry anywhere so if you're in the field you don't need to find or carry huge 88gram co2 tanks. And I can swap a 12 gram co2 in seconds in a tcr where you need a tool and a bunch of time to change a 88gram on a m4. The m4 doesn't even compare to the tcr imho. And I sell both so I have no skin in the game to say one or the other. Just being honest having sold both and used both. And the tcr is cheaper. And if you can't finish a person with 19 rounds of duke extreme military grade chemical rounds, you should give up on self defense cause something is wrong ;)

You should check out the hell fire Diablo rounds. 68 cal there on ebay
we brought on duke defence which are the number one chemical rounds in over 40 countries. They are used by military and law enforcement and Duke makes almost all oem rounds for most all companies who simply relabel them with their own brand. Duke is the absolute standard and the only one I carry now cause I can't sleep at night if a round explodes in the mag and a person dies cause the Byrna doesn't work. I'm only about saving lives. It's not about money to me it's about getting a Byrna in every single person's hands and saving lives. I make a few bucks but nothing compared to my crypto trading. The only rounds that remotely compare to duke globally are live x and they are still inferior.
