just got a 21 sport touring in same white pearl; been detailing cars for 60 years ; suggest checking out Rag Company edgeless towels a major step up; you did a great job never gets that dirty here in Oregon thank God.
I love your videos. I have the same car but you haven't done this correctly at all. For white cars as a spring wash you can clean the car the way you did to begin. Foam spray, pressure wash, two bucket method. After that you will want to clay bar it and remove any of the debris on it not removed by the wash. Following that you will want to do a DECON which will removed any old waxes or sealants on it. Following that you will want to use a product called IRON-X by Adams which removes any corrosive fallout from brake dust etc, this usually presents as orange spots on our nice white paint. Lots of these products turn purple while they oxidize. Pressure wash all of this off. At this point I would highly recommend using a premium sealant such as the Chemical Guys VVS for light to moderate scratches and swirls or their White Light product to reduce swirls. White light is meant to be used on ... white paint. After that I have opted to use the Ethos Ceramic Wax. It is a All-In-One sealant and ceramic wax but I wanted to repair the swirls on my car. This should be helpful to you.

Did you notice you took some paint off the lower front end? 5:57, that pressure washer must be set a bit high.

Just get iron remover spray, a lot faster than clay bar

I noticed that, the pressure washer didn't help.
You should try dying your interior stitching red. I think that would match the display and gauge cluster well.
How did you clean the black plastic on the front grill? Mine has a bunch of white spots

I'm not disappointed at all. The 11th gen from what I've seen is less aggressive looking. I don't regret my purchase.
