Hey Tim, can't thank you enough for your warm and encouraging words! Always loved that song, I just never learned how to pick the guitar part. But I finally sat down and learned it and it wasn't as hard as I thought. No matter what will happen, I will always make music, I just love it and will always remember you for sure!

Hey Josh, thanks, man! LOL that solo is not as hard as I thought once you know what you have to play. I didn't do this song for over 20 years just because I thought I couldn't play the solo, but finally I sat down an learned it and I am glad I did LOL.

Beautiful melody! It's interesting that you play the guitar licks and little solos while singing. I think I'm more comfortable playing the rhythm guitar while singing 😊
Good evening, Franswa! Thank you! Basically and most of the time the lead playing is more like a n addition to my singing, sometimes it has to start while I am still singing, but that's ok. It even helps me phrasing a little different. I couldn't play a full lead while I am singing a verse, but this way I feel very comfortable - if I just play rhythm, I miss something ;-).

Ich kann die Texte auswendig von Songs, die ich vor 20 Jahren gelernt habe. Dazu gehört auch der hier. Alles, was ich jetzt neu "lerne", kann ich selten auswendig. Selbst bei eigenen Song lege ich mir den Text lieber dazu. Man wird nicht jünger ;-).
