Sherman Island Kayak

Sherman Island in the Delta is a great Place to explore!
We took the family out on the Kayak to check out the area. We parked and launched at a small beach at Sherman Island County Park goo.gl/maps/iaA2ndXoZU8dyhh48
The area includes part of the Sacramento River.
The water was a little choppy which kept us from paddling out to the smaller islands off the coast. This can be a good area for fishing for Striper and Sturgeon as well.

Nice day out, so glad it's slowly warming up. How's the snow machine adventures?

Got both sleds happy now... But not a lot of time to hit the Sierras, so got them put away for next winter. Hoping to plan a snowmobile trail ride, maybe the area past Bear River Reservoir. Supposedly there are some designated sled routes there.
