I walk 8-12k steps or 4-6 miles outside as much as possible a day! It’s the best addition to my life. I’m trim, refreshed. I listen to podcasts. I know many who passed away. My son in early 20’s has lost 4 friends/acquaintances in 12 months! Cancer, drug overdose, suicide, hit by a car. Be grateful for life!

It is from bad skin care, products that sunscreen, foundation, and concealer using too many active and even the water in your home. because of this, your skin thickens and calluses to protect itself looking more aged and more dull. I do like the badger zinc oxide for sunscreen. It’s for baby butts but I really think it’s a good thing zinc oxide to calm redness and protect from too much sun
What are the milligrams of the Bayer aspirin that you use with the Manuka honey? Also, how many times should I do the masks, including the tumeric(which are game changing and like you have stated:so IMPORTANT) per week?

Dermatologists always seem to recommend Vit c. It’s an antioxidant so you’d think it would be good. What do you think of just using an actual orange? Since formulations are oxidized as you are saying. I think that isn’t always the case, but it gets expensive trying new products. I’m out of that phase of trying new products, aka as getting an allure beauty box. All that stuff was utter crap!!

I am curious what you think of dermatologists recommending over and over cetaphil. Do you think as a profession they are doing more harm than good? There are a lot of dermatology skincare influencers now like Dr Idriss who recommends things like butt paste. I take what everyone says with a grain of salt. I like that you at least share things that are practical. If I hadn’t exhausted myself of products, I would try your camphor mask bc that seems up my alley. I may at some point but buying skincare is not my priority when my simple things work for me. Washing my face with castor oil, Egyptian magic mixed with aloe, acv toner, and that’s it!😉

You apply the castor oil, but wet your hands first which makes it easier. Then let it sit for a bit, then use a hot wet washcloth and be amazed at the best skin of your life. It’s deeply moisturizing and feels unlike anything. It is a great thing to do when you need a hug for your face❤️best feeling
CeraVe I used because a dermatologist said it's great! Not for my skin. It dried it. Cetaphil, a friend told me her dermatologist told her to use to wash her face. Her skin looked the best since I knew her. So I tried it. I really like it.

I like that you at least share things that are practical. If I hadn’t exhausted myself of products, I would try your camphor mask bc that seems up my alley. I may at some point but buying skincare is not my priority when my simple things work for me. Washing my face with castor oil, Egyptian magic mixed with aloe, acv toner, and that’s it!😉
@@emilybrooks4406 I don’t love products like Cetaphil or Cerave, in my opinion, they do not look for the skin. Yes dermatologist recommended because they are giving it free or paid to do so.

Wash your face with caster oil? How, it's thick and sticky. A beautiful lady said she washes her face with milk & honey. Her face is flawless.
You apply the castor oil, but wet your hands first which makes it easier. Then let it sit for a bit, then use a hot wet washcloth and be amazed at the best skin of your life. It’s deeply moisturizing and feels unlike anything. It is a great thing to do when you need a hug for your face❤️best feeling
CeraVe I used because a dermatologist said it's great! Not for my skin. It dried it. Cetaphil, a friend told me her dermatologist told her to use to wash her face. Her skin looked the best since I knew her. So I tried it. I really like it.
