Whew Sis! I did this a while back not long after I had surgery on my arm (thought because I was making great progress in PT I could curl my locks)...Baaayyybeee why was my wrist yelling at me the next day! I love the results though! Now that I'm fully healed I will try again!

Super cute I love it and I will be trying this with the pipe cleaners never did that before but you're absolutely right about how long it lasts I literally have to just wash them out when I just want a different hairstyle
I LOVE the versatility these curls provide. As you have it, Updos, half up, ALL of it. I've been having trouble getting mine to curl (3 years) and I think it's the buds on the ends of some that is weighing the curl or the kink (wet braids) down. So, I've been discouraged until now. I love this! I'm considering microlocs and this style is such a beautiful option for a different style.
I tried this and it's really nice. But the down fall is that if you curl your new growth in it, you might lose some locks because I could not get some of them out. Do not curl your new growth into the pipe cleaner. Other than that, I love it! Thank you Kendra!
