I didn't recognize it immediately, but you are clearly literate in Japanese. Impressive. Especially the way in which you ripped through the information on that clipboard. Personally, I think there is potentially a very large market for these used Japanese mini-motorhomes or "camper vans" as you call them, especially the ones in great shape and with low mileage like this one. I know that I would be very interested in something like this assuming that there would be some accompanying level of minimal ownership support, not unlike the type made available for clients of older model Japanese cars imported into Canada, so parts and related consumables would be available thereby providing a reasonable opportunity to keep the car ( or camper van) functional and on the road.

Interesting way to get an extended mirror on the sides: just jam a thick block between the door frame and the mirror

Hi! Not sure you'll see a comment on an old video but the title says "GAND Hiace" and not "Grand" :)

The front reminds me of Toyota Alphard for some reason

The van it is based on looks like it could be a predecessor to the Alphard.

Once RV designers free themselves from the toilet they find all kinds of space. And is a toilet really 100% necessary?? All the non RV driving people can't poo in their cars, and they all survive. Throw a compact toilet in the storage area, or just go old school and use a bucket with a plastic bag in it. Works for dogs !!!
