And for the cassette toilet at time stamp 10:20, the left knurled wheel is the waste gate / flush control. Press down to add water to the town, turn the knob to open the waste gate and flush. The right cover is the storage for the toilet tissue roll. And a very popular option among my RV colleagues in New Zealand is to install an automatic vented outer cassette door. Never had a issue drive rhd in Canada, I actually gotten comfortable within the first 5 mins of driving, the only two small issues is left turns and passing someone on the left but I recently bought "KRUGOZOR UNIVERSAL PERISCOPIC MIRROR SYSTEM FOR RHD AND LHD CARS" which will help me see oncoming traffic

but there is a Passat W8 in he parking lot, how cool is that :D
(yes i did see the skyline and rx7 but the W8 is a rare machine, even more rare in caravan style)

12:46 that is a control and thermostat for a Webasto diesel-fired heater. It must be the "rear heater" on the inspection sheet.

I'm from the Philippines and I think car makers here should seriously consider selling campers here. The insane traffic really makes you wanna lay down for a while (obviously not if you're the driver but for your passengers, kids especially, it's gonna be a big plus). And do you know how *hellish* it feels to be stuck in traffic and you need to go to the toilet?? They absolutely need to sell vehicles with toilets here.
can you make a review on the hiace thats parked there at 7:17 and if you see any old nissan urvans between 1980 and 1985 too

These are great on gas and have just as much if not more room than American rv's
Would it be possible to find one with a steering wheel on the left? Or convert one before sending? Can you deliver such a vehicle (camper) to Brazil, already cleared by Brazilian customs? Ready to be licensed?
Don't they make these left-steered? I'd love one but it would be impossible to drive in my country.

Out of curiosity, is your camera able to record 50 fps or 60 fps? If so, could you switch to it? It would improve the image when you are moving the camera fast.
Big fan of your channel and all those strange japanese cars I have never seen before!
60fps won't cut down on motion blur. It comes from the lens not being able to get enough light. It's worse on the camper because I boosted up the exposure in anticipation for the darker interior. This lengthens shutter speed and so more blur. The fix for this is to buy a more expensive lens with a lower aperture rating. Unfortunately, someone ran over my nicer lens with a Land Cruiser and I need to save up before buying a new one. We shoot in 30fps to keep file sizes down. Our customers get 2-3 GB of videos and if we shot in 60fps, it would be 4-6GB. For some customers, the download time would be tremendous.
@@PacificCoastAuto you shouldn't be adjusting shutter speed for more light, you should bump your ISO.... you def shouldn't be having 2-3gb files if they are only 15minutes long!

Just curious what something like this would cost ball park shipped to USA? Also how do you license then?
I've been told by some that it cost between 1-3 $US Cost is mostly affected by size (height/length) of vehicle. Also which Port of entry (Cali vs Wash. state). If you use an import broker for assistance they are usually around $1000 fee. Somewhere in there is an additional 2.5 (.025)% import tariff. I hope this helps.

I would drop in a Mercedes 300 Turbo Diesel 5cyl engine as they are known as the million mile engine....no lie. In a 4dr car they get 30mpg.

Hi Derek, I live in Toronto and would be interested to get an RV like this so I would be able to import it and register it in Canada. How much this type of RV might cost? I wanted to export RV to Canada from Europe and this is what I was told by Transport Canada: Please note: Successfully importing an older vehicle does not guarantee that you will be able to register and license it. For example, some provinces will not license right hand drive vehicles or certain salvage branded vehicles even once repaired. Please contact your provincial or territorial licensing department to learn more about registering an older imported vehicle, before you import it. For vintage replica vehicles, the age is assessed using the final date of completion of the replica, not the model year it replicates. If an importer is unable to provide valid proof of age to establish a vehicle’s non-regulated status, CBSA officers will assess a vehicle for importation according to normal guidelines, which can result in its denial at the Canadian border if the vehicle does not comply.
