That's a good question. I don't know the answer, but I would guess no. The engine in the Acty is under the bed, so might get in the way of the hydraulic ram to lift the bed.
@@ef7andapp170 I found out they did make one for it that sits on top of the flat deck, it has longer forward mounted cylinder like the Subarus do so you can still get to the engine, but they are pretty hard to come by and don't have the lifting power of the scissor lift trucks.

Basically all kei cars are RHD, as there is not much incentive to sell them outside of Japan.
There are Korean and Chinese mini trucks if you really need it
There's quite a lot of them in europe that are LHD
all kei trucks that are imported to the Philippines undergo a Mandatory LHD Conversion. the conversion looks pretty clean and oem
