- knights Templar and their connections to Scotland, this will encompass their history , legend and myth. We will explore their founding, mission, down fall and legend. With links to Robert the Bruce, bannock and the Holy Grail…
If interested, look up the connection between the Templar Knights and the origins of Switzerland. The Templar Knights invented the banking system, the famous secret vaults of Switzerland, the Swiss Garde in the Vatican, the flag of Switzerland is the inside out flag of the Templar Knights, the sudden wealth of Switzerland, .... . It's fascinating. Great video 👌
Will definitely check that out thanks for the suggestion. Glad you liked the video
Thanks for that, what you said is really interesting.
Congratulations Alan, I'm sure that templars gone from France to Scotland via La Rochelle where they was templar ships ( who disapeared from there after the 13/10/1307......)
Would definitely be a logical conclusion given the geopolitical situation. Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed the video
Been here too! Quite an interesting place. There was a discovery there in 2019 or 2020 but I never heard the full story. Anyone know about it?
Not sure will need to look into that
Love this, love the history. Thank you for educating. One day I will make it to Scotland and walk among our history.
You're most welcome am glad you enjoyed, hope you get a chance to come to Scotland too
Because of the Scottish reformation, the country was no longer ruled by by the Catholic religion. Therefore, a safe haven for the persecuted, fleeing Templars. Their leader, had been burned at the stake, in France. That is the mythology. Nobody knows, for sure, the exact facts, are lost to history.
What I like about your narrative is that you have been completely honest and acknowledged that there has been conjecture rather than stating things as being factual, when need be.
Yeah always the best policy be honest and say what is conjecture and what can be collaborated. Thanks for watching hope you enjoyed
@@OurHistoryYourstory most definitely enjoyed.
✅ Totally Love it
The Knights Templar were masons from the start they built fortresses and strongholds all along the route to the holy lands
They found out something about the pope that would throw his reputation into dispute!_ he came up with the idea of out casting and destroying the Templar's trough name and reputation first! This blackening of the Templar's has followed bloodline's! Connections in Ireland are huge_ in my hometown we have the ruins of a famous hospiteller..
If you look at the last names maestre or mestre now you talking about the real.bloidisod line from the teacher of the templar ii
Inclined to agree with most of what you say. I have spent some time over the past 40 years searching and researching their history
Thank you for watching Bill, working on a new video about the knights hospitaller that's coming in the new year. Remember to subscribe

I’m clan McLeod, often wondered if my bloodline ties to templars.
The Templars have archives. London currently
Look up the clan Sinclair and the clan Campbell and they made it to the new world aka the United States of America.
There is another episode specifically about the Sinclair's and Rosslyn chapel
