I just wanted to thank you both for your immense help in eliminating my dizziness. In May, I had my first vestibular migraine due to perimenopause. I suffered for about three weeks trying medicine to help but it really only provided temporary relief. Then, I read a study of vestibular exercises. I must have done your video exercises three to four times a day for at least 21 days and by the end of each week, I noticed a huge improvement. In a month, I was cured. I still get headaches but if I am left with any dizziness, I immediately start the exercises again and by the end of the day, I am much better. Thank you so very much as you greatly improved the quality of my life. I thought I would never stop feeling like I was on a boat.

Your comment is an inspiration, Jennifer. I have been losing hope in getting rid of this vertigo that started when I was in my 20's, went into remission, and has now emerged again. It is all related to Epstein-Barr Virus. I will be trying these exercises as this is the only hope I have left. THANK YOU AND THANK YOU TO BOB & BRAD! This is a ray of light in the darkness.

This is exactly what started happening with me in peri menopause. In the spring I had to go to the ÉR after 12 hours of the room spinning. So terrifying. If I start doing these exercises IMMEDIATELY when the vertigo starts-it stops the spinning. I still get the headache and nausea but no vertigo. I’m so grateful I found these exercises. My neurologist just kind of shrugged cause he didn’t know what to do. He should probably do a bit of research. Thank you, thank you!!

Excellent Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you heard about - Schallingora Automatically Update Scheme (should be on google have a look)? It is a great one of a kind guide for getting rid of virtigo without the headache minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my best friend Jordan at very last got great success with it.

I've had vertigo for nearly two years. Betahistine worked for a while but now they do nothing. The Epley did nothing. I found these exercises about two weeks ago. I added a few eye following exercises and I've been doing them every day. My vertigo is so much better. I can walk in a straight line, I can even stand on one foot again and stay balanced for 20 seconds on each foot. I've stopped the Betahistine. Thank you so much!

    • @mandolinic
      @mandolinic 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@cheesedippers2094 Balance-wise I'm so so. I still need the Betahistane, but because it needs to be taken after meals, most days I forget to at least one. The exercises still help, but going through the full set is so time-consuming that I generally just do the first few when I remember. My problem is that I find it difficult to stick to a regime, and unless I do something at the same time every day, it often doesn't get done. That's my fault, not the exercises.

I've had the vertigo now just over a year. First my ENT diagnosed it as Vestibular Neuritis gave me some prednisone said the dizziness should be gone in a week. It wasn't.
Next stop a Physical therapist you have a crystal in your right ear. All last summer I did therapy including the Epley maneuver well over 100 times.
Next up my ENT said no you have a Vestibular Migraine. prescribed me Venlafaxine ER 37.5m (a anti-depressant). Take this for 2 weeks and you'll be fine. I take one at 10am. By noon the vertigo is 80% gone. Cool. At 2am the next morning I wake up with a blinding headache. Since I don't get headaches and I had read if you take this medicine you might want to monitor your blood pressure. So I take my blood pressure. It's 196/101. Yep off to the emergency room we go.
Anyone who can point me in the right direction you get a $100 bill in the mail. No B.S.

Epley only works for BPPV, which is where you've got crystals in the fluid in the semicircular canals. I've got labyrinthitis originally from a viral infection. The Epley does nothing for me, but these exercises are really helping me. I don't know if these exercises work for Menieres...

Starting at 6:39, when we turn around, is there something specific we should be doing with our eyes, or where we look? It seems like these exercises are mostly about focusing on the nasal (central) visual field--is that something to take into consideration as we go about our day to reduce the incidence of "floaty head" feelings?

Helo. It is very simple. You can get complete cure. No medicine at all. Practice sits bath(hip bath) for five days. 1-0-1, 25 minutes one time, after toilet, before food, and yoga (pranayama...deep exale, deep inhale 3x3 times).
It is very best remedy for many other health issues also. I had three times in last 10 years. Surf web for details.
      Good luck.
      Enjoy happy life.

Hello, I have an issue I’m wondering you have a video on it. My left shoulder sits higher than my right shoulder. It seems like the muscle at the top of my shoulder that runs to my neck seems tights and over developed. Do you have any treatments you would recommend please? I’ve tried several chiropractors and physio therapists and the ones I used to see in Canada were able to realign my shoulder for about 2 months at a time but since I’ve moved to Europe two and a half years ago no one has been able to help. I’ve had an mri and no issues were found. I’d be grateful for any advice. Thanks

I see the ENT on Thursday but wanted to get your feedback. 1. Should these exercises be done while on Dramamine? 2. I don't have room spinning but get slight side to side movement when I get real dizzy. My primary doctor ruled out ear infection and diagnosed me with vertigo/inner ear problem. However I noticed I get real dizzy when trying to focus on objects far away. I can walk but sometimes feel off balance but not so bad that I'm going to fall. Constant nausea and lightheadedness at times.
This all started after being up on a whole body vibration machine for 5 minutes while doing neck exercises.
