That looks really nice Mike I'm sure that you and Robin will enjoy the heck have you figured out where you going to put a small model railroad in it yet 👍👍
Enjoyed the tour ... I took a similar tour of a used trailer via Facetime about a week ago and came within minutes of snagging it. Enjoy your mobile retreat.
Looks very nice and just fitting for two. The gray water dumping regulation is new to me over my old days. The only bad thing I have heard about the newer units is the light design and units with hitch damages. Well that and spring mounting failures. Hope they are not a problem!
Gray water dumping should be done at a proper site / facility, not onto ground, even though some shrubbery may like. Too many contaminants in the soaps, etc. Nice open unit.
pretty nice addition, something I always think of doing, travel with a trailer. you have a nice home away from home now time to plans some great trips. Like Greely Colorado for May 19-21. and meet lots of other modelers.
Grand Design are great RVs, do you know the wet weight of that RV? We have one similar without the slide out. I wish we had a 12v fridge those are nice. We don't winterize our RV either. We're near Phoenix, all we do is drain the water from the lines and water heater.
Very nice!! Just curious why you prefer trailers instead of motorhomes? I am looking at the 23-25ft class C with dolly to pull a front wheel drive car. Anything I should be aware of?
Nice unit. 5595 weight plus whatever you put in it. We were warned to be cautious for towing and loading. If you are, then you'll enjoy years of happy travels.

Class C is the best MH to buy (IMHO) , do not get a dolly. They need to be stored and are a pain to load. Get a cheap car that can be flat towed.
Mike
i was wondering where you had been
We had been a little pre-occupied. I also have more news coming soon as well.
Mike
Nice to see it can be towed by a half ton, Mike. Have you taken it out yet? Is the handling as good as you thought?
It tows just like our other trailer did.
Thanks , Mike
Nice video Mike
Thanks so much Manny !!
