Hi Mike , I like where you’re going with the lower level. You’re doing things a little different than you usually do. Doing the lower level first and then the upper level instead of doing upper first and the lower after . I’m pretty sure that I’ll put a lower level for storage tracks when I start my new layout. Yea it’s cold here also been in the teens at night and not above freezing for last two days. Also got two inches of snow Tuesday night. Thanks for the update. Have a good week. Stay warm. 😎😎
Its all looking great Mike1 you have it all planned out cant wait to see the track being laid and the trains running! Stay warm out and much love and you and i did the ending together ha ha i was ready!
Loving the progress! It can take a while for the "how' to dawn on one as the plan becomes the reality! Really enjoying watching the unfolding! Thanks, Mike!
It's looking good. There, Mike, this is your buddy Darren from Wisconsin. It's looking good. I know it's been a while but it's looking good. I like it happy rails.
Starting to look good Mike the only thing I found with mine is adding wiring to the underside later is a problem for me as i cant bend low enough to get under the layout due to hip and knee replacements as my layout is on plywood as you are doing now with yours I need to attach street lights to the city and town scenes
Thanks for this. I've had a lot of the same challenges with my subroadbed for my N-scale, so am enjoying watching how you think through the issues and resolve them. Did I miss an explanation of why you reverted from foamboard roadbed on last layout to plywood on this one? If you haven't explained it already, would you let us know your reasoning? (Sorry... sometimes I sit down in the recliner to watch videos after a long day at work, and my wife has to wake me up for dinner and I find I missed good stuff on the video... must be a side effect of getting older.)
Looking good, enjoying listening to your verbalization of the thought process.
Cary , Thanks so much. I always thought my communication skills sucked.

This is coming together nicely, and you definatley got a good price on the ply; the stuff is over the top expensive here. So is the pink foam.
The pink foam I used last time is now 65.00 a sheet
Okay Mike I see where you're going with this new track plan I think, can't wait for the next update 👍👍
Thanks Charles. Minor change this evening but it will be in vid 5.
Mike
Looking great Mike, nice progress you will have some trains running soon I bet !!!! Take care……Joe
I don't know about that but time will tell.

Yes , The first 3

Thanks Bill. If you put track under foam the foam is so thick it is hard to get the elevation back up and just decided to do old school.
Thanks , Mike
Looks like the plan is coming together.
It is , Thanks. Mike
Colder in Kingston
I would say so !!!
