Bro is cool breeze is an aluminium winding? The guy who rewinded the coil said this fan had came with aluminium winding so he replaced pure copper winding and it rums more faster than aluminium winding. Aluminium windind do not give much speed and copper winding would be powerful. My cool breeze is a G logo fan
Yea, my coolbreeze had came with aluminium winding it was over heating and it produced too much noise with aluminium winding and was not and highspeed fan with aluminium it runs only 370 RPM when I replaced new bladesets with brand new oil filled capacitor, after long usage it coil got burnt. So I got my fan rewinded for RS-200 with pure copper and was way so powerful than old , copper winding is super powerful and aluminium winding is weak. The guy who rewinded my fan tolded me to not to use oil filled capacitor for 12pole motors , he said it was only usable for 14pole motor , 56inch and any other vintage fans , so I tolded him to change the capacitor for run high speed, so he replaced with "KELTRON 2.5 MFD PVC SILVER TYPE " capacitor, with copper winding and that capacitor with new cool breeze bladeset it runs over 385-410 RPM and it was way faster than CG highspeed.
I have box logo cool Breeze opal white(july 2006 piece)..... The fans blades bent badly and the blade screws rusted.... That's why I threw the screws and blades away...i need to get the motor repaired as the auxilary winding is break...just need to solder that and grease the bearings and the fan will work as good as new...i am thinking to put new screws and 36" Blade set...because with that the fan will work somewhat better.... Happy that the fan never burned until now
Un luckyly my fan was G logo fan, it got bearing problem like tak tak tak tak noise , after replacement of bearing it runs for 2 hours and the coil got burnt, so I rewinded my fan for 200 rs with copper coil and it was lesture brown and 48inch fan and it runs over 385-410 RPM and it was super powerful than old winding.
Exactly, As you said cool breeze is somewhat better than other breeze category fans with tincan blades, this is average

Bro I have the same ceiling fan it runs for 9months and it has not using for like 4 to 6 years. And I searched for it and got it and tested it was running good and the capacitor was slowed and I changed 2.50 oil filled capacitor and it runs for 7 months. And it got bearing problem so I gave it to repair for like a week ago and finally it was serviced so like 2 days ago I used it for 2 hours and suddenly turned off so I replaced the 2.5 globe capacitor and still not running. So I removed it and the whole fan was smelling like a wire burnt and the fan is very hot. And what is the problem of it bro?

Check the coil. Probably it burnt.
The coil has been damaged and those 3 coil wires are burned.
And how will it cost to repair bro?????

No need to replace the capacitor just replace the bladesets with brand new and rewinded the fan with copper winding, my fan got short circuit due to continuous capacitor replacement with aluminium winding, just change coil witk copper winding, change the bladesets with new and the the new capacitor and dont use oil filled capacitor. Because, oil filled capacitor is used only for 14pole motor, 56inch fam and any other vintage fans. Use "KELTRON 2.5 MFD PVC SILVER TYPE CAPACITOR" for better speed. I have G logo cool breeze and it is super powerful with copper winding, new capacitor ( that i typed in capital letters) and new bladesets. And the speed of my cool breeze is 385-410 RPM .
