I have 3 Khaitan high breeze fans with me which i want to install in my new home. They are very heavy compared to modern 3 blade fans. One weighs close to 10 kg excluding the weight of the capacitor and the wire windings , one more about 8 kg and the smaller one around 7kg. I was just curious if the way to install this fan is different from modern ones because of its age and weight

I am trying to find a very old model from Usha, that looks exactly like Crompton Chandel Air, single underlight... Cannot get any details, do you remember this model? Its downlight dome was glass and the fan mostly had 4 blades. The wiring was done carefully to bring 3 wires out through the rod, to control the fan and light independently...

Bro is cool breeze is an aluminium winding? The guy who rewinded the coil said this fan had came with aluminium winding so he replaced pure copper winding and it rums more faster than aluminium winding. Aluminium windind do not give much speed and copper winding would be powerful. My cool breeze is a G logo fan

Bro, changing the capacitor doesn't give any changes the speed of any Crompton Greaves high speed DECORA. Just reduce the blade angle angle of this fan and I had tried with Crompton highspeed with High speed DECORA blade and highspeed DECORA with highspeed blade and I found that highspeed is running the speed as High speed DECORA and High speed DECORA runs speed as highspeed and I found out that Crompton Greaves high speed DECORA is having higher blade angle than highspeed so I reduced the blade angle of my highspeed DECORA by applying 1 washer for all 3 blades
