So can you use the stock charger to charge both batteries at the same time or do you need 2 chargers? I know it would take awhile and if you could, which battery do you plug the charger into, or does that matter?
Yep, you can use one charger. You plug it into the stock battery and leave it on. One thing I noticed is that if the batteries are low, the charging an time out. So you'll just want to double check that batteries are fully charged before you ride.
You can charge it through the stock battery, but it takes a while. I’d invest in a 2nd charger and charge it on its own. You leave it off while charging.
@@SESSIONS73duh ya that makes sense. About how far are you getting in terms of average range? I’m a bigger guy (250lb) and have been doing lots of research about each ebike model and boosting the range befor I purchase
I wouldn't ever buy a battery from them again. Had mine just long enough for the warranty to be up and the battery is dead. They had the worst customer service. Love your videos but chi battery is a shit company.
Looks great!!! What a great upgrade! 🤘🏼
They did a good job.
Looks sick bro! Can’t wait to see the range test 🤟
Thanks dude. Coming soon because soon it will be too cold.
Would love to make these batteries
Dude I’m not tryna look around your TH-cam account to find how much range this battery adds on in total ??? Please just tell me in the comments
You don't want to click on a button to view his TH-cam account, but you want to click on a different button to view comments on his TH-cam account? 😂
25ah
it says it on the battery if you use your eyes
Does it make the bike heavier if so would it be harder to wheelie it
does this work with the basket?
Yes, I have mine installed with the Irv Basket. I have a video on it.
what brand of cells do these batteries run off, my aftermarker battery is running off panasonic cells
I’m not sure. I wonder if their support team would tell you. They probably use the highest quality.
You ever try out Bafang, my Bafang is great. Nice bike there yourself, big ups for big batts
I never did... Thanks!

How fast now
It's not clear, when charging the ranger battery, do you charge it on its own, tuned off or on? (like the stock super73 batteries)

Quick question, would this work with a second super73 battery?
It would if you had the right splitter. I don''t have any leads on that though.
Does it come with a charger? And if not, does the Super73 charger work with it?
Super73 charger works with it just fine, but CBS has some great options
Many thanks and happy New Year!@@SESSIONS73
You should get a battery blender and run both batteries for ultimate range.
They both run at the same time that’s how it works
what are you gonna do with the old battery?? can i maybe get it im lokking to upgrade my rang on my super73
I passed it on to my friend. I have a discount for a new one though if you use code SESSIONS73 at checkout on chibatterysystems.com
Ok bet
WHATS THE RANGE YOU GET FRLM THESE TWO BATTERIES ATTACHED
Why can't they make a bigger one...?
I didn’t know anyone still made 48 v batteries since they are obsolete, unless you are using 48v on a Razor scooter
You being funny? A ton of e-bikes are 48v
I have a 2 question its compatible for the European super 73.??? And its safe for the stock battery.???
You may want to reach out to ChiBattery, but I think it should work.
What’s the expected added range?
Double the range of the stock battery. So how ever far you can get on one of those (which varies by rider), then double it.

Is the 1.0 still available?
I don't believe so.
Is it as slim as the original battery?
Slimmer
@@SESSIONS73a side to side comparison would be cool for a future vid.
They need one for the s1
They used to have one called the CnR, but I guess there wasn't much of a demand for it.
@@SESSIONS73 bummer
Theoretically speaking, could you run 2 Rangers? Lol so 3 batteries in parallel.
I’m no expert, but I think you could.
luv tha vid and ur channel
Thank you!
Once you get a Handlworks controller added onto your setup, you'll be riding an entirely different bike!
It is time.
Any other upgrades needed when running both the bac855 and chibattery together?
what were your neighbors fighting about and des get any good lol
Haha, I don't know. He was late for work and was blaming it on here. I was like dude, stop yelling and go to work then.
RANGE TEST????
😂😂😂

My warranty will be gone in 4 Months and my Super73 Rx Battery doenst power up my bike like it had before. Battery on, no power on the bike. I hate it
