    It was the best Karizma, the comfort of Karizma R is unbeatable , the long wide seats was best, I did 12 hours journey from Kolkata - Rourkela. , without any discomfort sailing at 90-100 kmph. Karizma R really puts smile on the face.

    Such a good time to buy a motorcycle, that speed 400, X440, XMR, DUKE 390, Apache rtr 310 and now RE Himalayan 450 down the line.

      @@NAMELESSHOSTAGE the more you wait the more you'll have options, we enthusiasts will tear our hairs over the choices, the less you wait, more better vfm bikes will come you and we'll have buyer's remorse. Ahhhh!

      My reasoning-
      KTM 2024 models will come in India at the start of 2024.
      Hero-Harley and Bajaj-Triumph are too new of a partnership to judge long term value.
      Royal Enfield is the best brand to buy from at the present. Proven brand history, and good products. But little variety. New Clasic and New Bullet are almost clones. Himalayn 450 is 7-8 months away to be available in showrooms.
      TVS apache RTR 310, seems to compete the KTM 2024 models. But as a consumer cannot say anything about which is a better product until either of the motorcycles are available in the showrooms.
      Aprilia 457 is promising, but again, have to wait at least 4months for it to become available.
      So waiting for at least 1 year would be the best in my opinion.
      Personally I am interested to purchase 2024 Duke 250. But need to be patient.

      @@NAMELESSHOSTAGE Accha tell me, I'm also planning to buy the duke 250 2024 or the rtr 310 as my first bike. I'm a noob in terms of riding. So is it a good choice for me? Also should I shift my focus to the ktm adv 250? Cause I'm 6.2 and a roomy bigger ride is sustainable in the longterm. Need your opinions man.

    older karizma looked more like a sporty commuter, current one tends more towards being a tourer(sporty ofc)

      It's a sportsbike, SS. It _can_ tour but a tourer by design it is not

    Reminds me of my second gen Karizma, in which I did lot of 5 hours non-stop rides, still wanting to ride more. Best sports tourer back then!!

    Hello Brother...
    I stay in heaven (Konkan region in Maharashtra)& here we don't build roads...we build potholes. On those, we drive F1 cars & we haven't solved the Porpoising problem yet.
    So a simple request...which is the most widely needed info...
    "Name the best cars, bikes & scooters which have good suspension for maximum comfort?" ... A video on this would be great.
    So many people need this info, that it will slowly but eventually be appropriated by a lot of *common* people.

      Hi Bro. I am also from the Konkan region, Malvan to be specific. And I stay in Mumbai.
      I think these bikes will do a better job on pothole heavy roads.
      Hero xpulse 200
      RE Himalalayan
      RE Bullet/classic 350
      If you are on a budget then maybe,
      Honda sp125
      Lord Hero splendour
      Bajaj 110x or 125x

    I just bought my dreambike karizma r v1 last year 2022 last demo piece frm showroom,the reliable engine,smoothness,and the design of the bike is still not look outdated....

    Honestly with influence of new Bikes from yamaha , Tvs and bajaj , youngsters like me want a sports bike.... with looks good and a peppy engine ..

    Same thing came to my mind, new Karizma is sportsbike and not like actual DNA of daily Street Tourer bike, Hero should work on Tourer version

    I just wish a group of sensible motorists come together and create a bike for daily commuting by borrowing best of available stuff from market.
    Most of the bikes today seem more track oriented than daily commuting on roads.

    Customers want low rpm torque bike but these brands/companies keep launching high rpm power bikes. Just look at the sales of royal enfield in comparison to others.

      Royal Enfiel sells due to emotion and fanbase, not because it's a long stroke torquey engine. Most people don't even understand the difference between long stroke short stroke engines.

      ​@@rayparthapratimmost people don't understand the difference but they do understand the feelings they got from long stroke heavy crank engines like RE. Thump, tractability, smooth power delivery...can't be achieve through high revving singles.

      There's enough people that both can survive easily. Hero's long-stroke single will be on sale shortly too in any case

      @@yash_kambli name me one bike launched in 2023 that wasn't smooth, tractable and had problems with a pillion? You can't. Even the high revving engines can comfortably tour all day long with a pillion. Also, as an experiment, do ask RE owners why they bought their bike. I bet 90 percent of the answer would be like "Arey enfield hain emotion hain" something like that. No one would even tell you about it's torque it's tractability or it's acceleration😂

      Get the apache 310, but go for the base variant, try getting as less electronics as possible, coz if something goes wrong, the service center guys won't know anything about fixing it.

    Wow PD Varun said it's the most annoying motor and it's not smooth at all! Which took me by surprise but Shumie seems to be saying otherwise. And of course I trust Shumie !

    See I always said that 😂, the old Karizma is gone . The sports tourer people wanted is not this Karizma. This is a sport bike created after years of being ridiculed by people who teased and heckled hero for being only good at manufacturing Splendor. Hero has decided to go all guns blazing at those wannabe squid racerboys of Bajaj,TVS,Yamaha and KTM all at once with this bike. And Karizma is the right candidate to do it . Its a name with legendary legacy attached to it to deliver the much needed impact.🤌💥😎
    Please don't mistake me for a fanboy I am just stating the facts.🙌
