❤❤❤ Your father and mine are a bit similar in how they evolved as leaders. My father also started working odd jobs. Then, he started to own different businesses. One day, I saw him be discriminated against when I was a teenager. My father ignored it and laughed it off. I was so angry that my dad didn't put him in his place. I asked my dad why he was letting him do that. My dad told me it didn't matter. My father said, 'He discriminates, but the one winning is me. He's getting paid to work for me not the other way around. So, the one winning is me.' It was a valuable lesson in learning to brush things off.
