There are a grea number of videos demonstrating how to cook a whole chicken in a rice cooker but none that I could find using the T-Fal 10 in 1 Rice and Multi-cooker. This left me with a quandery over what settings to use?
Through trial and error I have determined that for a chicken under 4 pounds: 45 minutes on the "Baking" setting followed by 30 minutes on the "Browning" setting did the job quite nicely. This of course will vary slightly with different sized chickens.
I hope this helps anyone who owns this machine.

I love this cooker but can’t figure out how to make adjustments so I can cook both white and brown rice

I had a similar issue with par boiled long grain rice which the rice setting did perfectly and long grain brown rice which needed a few more minutes to be done properly.
What I did was use the Steam/Soup setting which allowed me to set the time for as long as I needed. It took a bit of trial and error but now I get perfect brown rice as well.
