Thank you for such a clear demonstration and all the tips you included. I might overcome the vertigo of loosing control and give it a try, encouraged by your results!

I had taken a workshop with you a couple years ago and didn't like what I had done. Looking at this, I think your extra hints on incorporation of the whites and the other hints give me hope. Thank you!

thank you, Linda for sharing your wonderful pouring techniques....your work is very inspiring...I'm excited to try some pouring. I, too, like Cheap Joe's Kilimanjaro paper and will give the American Journey paints a try as well. Thanks again

2.30 integrating the stark white masked areas into the painting and lifting the fibres of the paper.

I would never have thought of doing that - thank you for the demonstration. We don't have Cheap Joe's here in the United Kingdom, but I'm sure I can find substitute products from the ranges available here.

Thank you, Linda, for the video! It is very helpful! Your work is beautiful! I have a question: I put the masking fluid on the (400 series) watercolor paper, and it ripped when I removed the masking fluid. I was very careful when I removed it, so I'm not sure why it pulled the paper up...do you have any advice for me? I used a rubber cement remover and tried my finger as well. Both ripped the paper in some areas.

thanks so much! what do you use for the masking part?

A question: I was told that masking fluid over coloured paper, will remove the colour once the masking fluid is removed. Would that be the case with this kind of technique? Thanks.
