Squink it together and skranch it is the best way of describing dough handling I've ever heard

Ah right..., Nurdjaja is an Indonesian surname. Anyway, your mother and I are a perfect match, cos I have OCD and one of my symptoms is mysophobia. I have two different cutting boards: one for the cattle produce and another one for the plant based produce. Plus, I also wash and scrape my cutting boards thoroughly with a lot of dish soap after using them. They're scratched, but they're very clean, no mold/fungus at all. Happy to see an Indonesian cooking healthy and fresh food without flavor enhancer ❤

Our 🇮🇹🇺🇸 family makes these, too but we call it Minulatta (spelling?). Thanks for sharing the technique, especially the dough-rolling part! 😊

I love how family favourites can originate from someplace like Readers Digest. My favourite pizza dough and pizza rustica recipes are from the local newspaper from around 45 years ago. This bread looks so good!
