Hey thanks! Glad to help… I create custom camera angles, save them by pressing CTRL ALT and then 0-9. You get 10 custom slots. Then to recall them in flight you press ALT and the number key you’ve saved them to. I’m probably going to make a video on this, I’ve had a few people ask. Thanks for watching 👊✈️
Hey there! Nice vid. If you don't mind me asking: Did you get clearance from ATC for take-off? Unless I completely missed it, I didn't see much ATC interaction, other than requesting push back. I'm on Xbox as well, just getting acclimated to the cold & dark process for the 787-10, including SimBrief integration. I use the AI controlled ATC communications, and what I noticed today was that after I pushed back and started engines, clearance was requested, then given for a different runway from what I inputted in the CDU that I got from SimBrief. So... I'm wondering about my options to reconcile that. Thanks in advance!
Hi Grant, thanks for your question. I normally use the ATC (which is pretty awful tbh!) but for the purposes of recording the video I elected to not to use it on this occasion. Main reason being as you suggested it would have probably made me depart on a completely different runway! HOWEVER…. I believe since this weeks update ATC SHOULD now choose the runway that we input into the CDU, just make sure you select ‘depart straight out’. Failing that what you need to do is check the in-sim ATIS to check which runway is in use, another way of doing that is from the world map when you first load in… before you select a stand by default it drops you on the runway in use. Thanks for watching and happy flying ✈️👊
Does your tiller move with the rudder pedals? Mine does and I would like to separate the tiller from the rudder. Do you have any input on how to bind it?
Hi, thanks for your comment… I don’t think you can separate the tiller from the rudder as it’s not mapped to a separate axis that you can bind to unfortunately. That would be a great feature to be fair, way more realistic. Sorry I can’t be more help but thanks for watching 👍✈️
I finally got to fly this amazing aircraft ever since the new update thank you for your tutorial it saved me from just flying the airbus 😂❤ #blueskies #tailwinds
Hi… thanks for your questions. Your reserves are shown in the fuel section of the flight plan on the left hand side. The figure you’re looking for is FINRES + ALT. And you’re correct, the wind & OAT aren’t in the flight plan but as you found the latest info is in navigraph. Glad you found the video useful. Happy simming 👍✈️
ty for the amazing tutorial

Does this work with the headwind 787-9 and/or Kuro 787-8?
Hi Jacob… yep this should also work on the headwind & kuro as these are both based on the Premium Deluxe 787-10 version. Thanks for watching 👍

Mine does not follow the flight path when i turn on auto pilot
Just double check you’ve entered your SID correctly into the FMC. Thanks for watching, appreciated 👍✈️

@@seven3simmer thanks. That was the issue, now im all sorted
Ummm how did you stabilize the stab trim ? Didn’t see it in the video
If you go to 9 mins 40 that’s when I set the stab trim. I have a shortcut set on my controller to scroll it to the correct number👍

@@seven3simmer so if my finres was like 2000 would i put 20 in?
@@TheRealBigOnDonating hi… you’d enter 2.0 (tons). Similarly if it was 7500 you’d add 7.5 👍
Is this on Xbox?
Hey, thanks for your question. Yep that video was recorded on Xbox. Hope you found it useful, thanks for watching & commenting. Appreciated 👍✈️
