Alright I’m officially inspired to try 75 hard! I started in the end of August doing WW at 236, I’m at 213. I was really hoping to be under 200 by my bday Jan 25th. Not sure I’ll hit that, I’m a slow loser but this challenge sounds like what I need to push myself more. Congratulations!!! You are absolutely killing it. ❤
23 pounds down already is such an accomplishment!! You’ll be under 200 in no time! I think the challenge was a great way to jolt myself out of my previous normal and into new habits/routines. I definitely have noticed a shift post 75 Hard as well! 😊 thank you for the support ❤️
Working, training, recording, editing and posting seems like a lot to manage. Thanks for putting in the effort, I really enjoy your videos! :) You seem like such a genuinely nice person and you are much more relateable than a lot of other youtubers, I'm sure you'll go far. :)
It’s awesome you’re finding your new groove while your husband is out of town! Feeling healthy and productive changes so many different aspects of our lives. It’s great that you felt good about how you spent your time compared to the past. You’re giving me hope that I can start a diet & exercise program again. I’m where you started at 217, give or take on a weigh-in. It feels like a massive hole to dig out of, one that will take for-ev-er to see the results I wish for. Watching you lose a healthy amount of weight in a short time is showing me it’s possible if I can make the commitment. I am so happy for you being in the 170s again, and hopefully I can join in on that feeling this spring!
Jennifer, you honestly deserve those compliments! You gave a new mind shift and you’re learning to balance food choices extremely well. I’m really so proud of you!!!! ❤❤❤ I love a good charcuterie board, but I’m trying to figure out how to make it lower in fat, carbs, and higher in protein. I think what you’re doing is absolutely sustainable for your weight loss, so great job at figuring that out!!!! ❤❤
My recommendation as someone who has been on a health journey for over a year is don't wait, add that weight training now. Muscle burns more than fat and its the best I've ever felt adding muscle. The scale can do goofy things but I'm down 3 sizes and counting

Yes! He’s my biggest cheerleader! I feel very fortunate for his support and encouragement and imagine these changes would be much harder without having him cheering me on 😊 happy holidays!!

Currently watching your video on Christmas Day happy Christmas you inspired me to buy myself the stair stepper for my Christmas present to myself I saved it for today I would like to start a challenge myself in the new year

Something to keep in mind with the 75 hard challenge is that it’s a mental tuffness challenge not necessarily a weightless challenge, although that normal goes hand in hand with the challenge. The creator of the challenge talks about this on his website:) but regardless is so good that that challenge sparked our journey!
I have a question about the elliptical you have at your house since I am considering getting one myself.How does it feel compared to the one you use when you’re at your parent’s home in terms of feeling like you worked out ?Does it feel about the same or do you get a better workout on the commercial one? Do you have to workout harder or longer on the one at home? sorry if this seems like a weird or too personal of a question.

Congrats. It’s callled increased lean mass and so your burn off more kcal. Plus what you are eating is healthier.
