I'd like to know 3 things that are beneficial for mum as well! :) Just found your channel yesterday, thanks for a nice video, I'm currently breastfeeding my 1 year old and no plans to stop! I found out recently that there's also no risk for the pregnancy if one got pregnant while breastfeeding, which I always had heard (although could be harder to GET pregnant). There is so much false information out there! Did you know this information? :)

I have heard that supply can be a bit all over the place in the first few months with the rising hormones / lead to increased sensitivity which can be uncomfortable but it gets better and perfectly doable. Just gotta fuel yourself! I’d definitely like to keep breastfeeding my wee one while pregnant if I got pregnant anytime soon, the idea of sharing milk seems to sweet 🥹 But you’re right there is so much misinformation out there and a lot of stigma.
