Are any of these non timid? I've had apistogramma and German blue rams. Both are shy

There's a little bit of misinformation in your video, two that stick out. Borelli can take much cooler water you listed. And you labeled a picture of discrossus maculatas with a label of filamentosus........both beautiful fish in their own right

I've been researching apistogramma agassizii and I've been reading that they can be in smaller than a 30 gallon. Everywhere I keep reading different information on this species and it's confusing

Erika Nucci you can keep a breeding pair in a tank smaller than a 30 gallon. Smallest i would go with is a 20 tall, or a tank at least 60 by 30 cm

Erika Nucci they're aggressive they ate my neon Tetras and bit my angelfish and chases all the fish had to get rid of the pair of them

Were they defending a nest? Otherwise it sounds like you had a bad pair. Most only get aggressive when they have a nest somewhere. Anyway, to be sure I would always introduce other fish to a new tank and end with adding territorial ones two weeks or so after.

Interestingly the agassizii's are the only dwarf cichlid classified as semi aggressive, according to this source.

catherine peck they are aggressive probably because of stressed out or defending it's nest

1:06 Uhh I don't think a 150 gallon minimum would be classified as 'dwarf'

When I looked it up at my LFS they recommended 60cm of tank. So - nowhere close to 150 gallon - more like 15 gallons.. Maybe it's a typo?

I was about to say the same thing...I’m thinking it’s definitely a typo. Lol!

You had to be that guy who scrolled through looking for a mistake. SMH Clearly a typo.

      Well done on spotting that.
It also appears that the channel owner doesn't give a sh!t.
If it were my channel I would've acknowledged the error and thanked you for pointing it out.
Also, I would've fixed the error.

This compilation is misleading in a lot of places, as others have commented. The sizes are greatly exaggerated, many apisto species (with exceptions such as A. steindachneri and A. kullanderi) never reach 10cm, half that in many cases. Longevity is quite short for all apistos, 2-3 years at most, they peak early and decline slowly, the figures given are way too high, such bad information leads to disappointment and frustration in novices.
All dwarf cichlids are omnivorous but fare better when fed more animal protein, such as daphnia and blood worms, in their diet. The southern species, A. borellii and trifasciata, can tolerate cooler temperatures, in the case of borellii, they live at 16 - 18°C in Argentina. Tank sizes are over-specified. Many species, when kept in trios, will be fine in 60L tanks provided with lots of caves and good planting. The small acaras, L. curviceps and dorsigera, grow larger, live longer and require somewhat larger accommodation.
What this compilation fails to address is that all dwarfs can be very aggressive because they are territorial, essentially when breeding, and they require very good water quality for good health. There are other and better sources of information on the Internet where people can find help. This type of 'informational' video rarely lives up to expectations. Click bait.
