I like it. But what always bothered me about the movie was "no ships available". I mean " Yes, Admiral. I realize there's a huge cloud of destructive energy destroying everything in its path on it's way to Earth! But these gaseous anomalies aren't gonna record themselves!"
Oh, there are _plenty_ of ships available. But none of them are fast enough, have experienced crews or can intercept in time. I _wonder_ where one such vessel with such speed, a crew well versed in _weird_ and is in the _perfect_ location to intercept it is... Note the sarcasm. We both know it's the Enterprise.
@@TheCormTube Not necessarily. IIRC, it's mentioned in the novelization that Kirk and the Enterprise are basically the first ship to complete its five-year mission with ship and crew relatively intact.

There would have been at least a dozen other constitution class starships available with crews that were still reasonably experienced.

That gave me chills!!! I would make a couple of tweeks, but it was really good!

I like this better than the actual movie
Too bad there was a spelling error on WHILE.
You spelled Epsilon wrong. The word EPSILON does NOT have the letter 'Y' in it.

That would have made for a very cool opening, but Micahtron is right, the crawl needs some work.
That opening crawl kinda gives away too much of the plot. A for effort though!
Not bad. Needs a little work, but not too bad at all.
They cheated by using a left over camera from the epsilon 9 after the cloud it just lingers on and on like the voyager probes
The last sentence is very poor English btw.
I'm pretty sure I'm in the minority here but I have always my entire life hated the crawls at the beginning of Star wars movies
