hi how long you get the appointment in the police to order your residence card? and can i just go to the bank to apply for the account without my residence card?
To apply for the bank account you need a P/D number and you can only get one after your appointment with the police. To book one visit UDI portal. Waiting time varies from time to time.

Please try not to make HDR videos coz they are overly exposed and ultra bright... These videos don't look great on many android phones with HDR certification...

Nothing that I know. Norway is one of the safest countries in the world to move to.
