  • In this video I show you how to steal customers from your competitors using Facebook ads and Instagram ads.
    There is a little known technique that you can use to find out exactly who your competitors are targeting with their Facebook ads.
    You can then advertise a superior product or service.
    Or undercut your competitors on price and attract a ton of their customers to you instead.

      Useless ، Facebook doesn't tell you the real reason why an ad has been shown to you .

      I've been watching all your videos and have been learning a lot. I have a question regarding color block testing for ad copy. There is a company that suggests you do this to make testing faster and cheaper. Will that not annoy people who've been served the ad and/or hurt your ad account?

      This is not bullet proof. For some ads it shows the targeting and for some it doesn't. I have received an ad from my own campaign on one of my instagram accounts and it didn't show any targeting, despite the ad indeed having detailed targeting set up.

    "why am i seeing this ad" and "searching within facebook for pages and groups related to competitors excluding them".
    using these two things we can literally get much better in advertising. that was smart.

      If you do that then you are likely to be retargeted. You won’t then see the cold audiences they are targeting when their ads are served to you. Instead you will see that you are part of a retargeting audience.

    For a local business, I have tried adding using location and then certain interests, as well as broad targetting meaning no interest specified. In both cases, very irrelevant, hopeless and fake people keep msging or clicking on ads. Website traffic also shows 1000s of clicks but on google analytics on wordpress dashboard, theres no such number. And 0 sales of any kind. How do we target rich people. I tried using terms like audi, reebok etc which rich people can afford, but still crowd attracted in india within 10 km radius is bad.

    • @BenHeath
      @BenHeath  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sounds like you are running the traffic objective? If so, that could be the problem.

    • @1anchit
      @1anchit ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BenHeath thank you for replying. I tried sales objective as well, there were 0 sales in 1 week from the ads. I tried to get richer crowd come to website by putting interests like audi, mercedes, reebok and so on, so that those crowd also come. But again nothing. Facebook likes objective worked. I got some likes from the ads, following your other video. I am unable to understand getting people (new customers).

    • @BenHeath
      @BenHeath  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Your online activity will dictate what ads you are shown. It's not just chance. Therefore you can visit websites in your niche and those ads will likely pop up. It's not perfect but you'll usually be able to find some useful info if you put in the work.

    I hear you often talk about being the cheapest in many of your videos, isn't that very dependent on what you are selling? If you are selling something very general and not offering anything unique I get your point, but building your business around being the cheapest seems like a bad strategy no?

    • @BenHeath
      @BenHeath  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes it does depend what you are selling. The point here is to be better - not necessarily cheaper. If you offer the same level of quality, you can be better by being cheaper. If you want to charge the same price or more than your competitors then you need to offer something better.

    I’m having a big problem right now. Do you know that skammy marketing company that run’s fitness ads? The guy pretending he’s going to jump in the pool and he’s not a fitness instructor he’s the paid model. Well someone has recently done this in my niche. Pretending to be an expert in my niche. Pretending to have done seminars to thousand ms but the pictures they use are photoshopped. The guy is made up. They claim he’s written best sellers etc but when you google him only one crappy ghost written book on Amazon pops up that nobody has purchased.
    They are running over 150 ads filling up the newsfeed with crap. Also they used some content from one of my ads that has 29k engagements on it to call out my product without naming it and telling people they can have fast results guaranteed.
    The problem is it’s shoved my ads down and i NEVER guarantee results its impossible to do and the fastest way to go bankrupt. Not only that I really am an expert in my field. I went to university for 8 years and have 21 years of proven experience in what i do and the claims they are making in their ads are false.
    Not only that they have reviews on the business page and they all say it’s a scam these reviews are recent too. One said she signed up for a free offer and they sold her email and now gets absolutely spammed by 100s of people daily.
    Another said they bought the course they are selling and it’s not what they claim.
    The page has hardly any posts like nothing this year at all. They guy doesn’t exist. It’s a money making scam. They use fear and images from google of bran scans and tell people they are doing XYZ and giving themselves bran damage showing fake brain scans to prove their point. It’s disgusting.
    I have a HUGE following and very good ads and they’ve taken a lot of my content for their ads.
    Makes me mad so when i see their ads i report them but I don’t know what else to do.
