So interesting to see the logic behind blocking the fire occur here in this video. I never really considered doing that before, and instead just played a very passive game outspacing any of Midir's attacks. I added a bunch of rejen auras later when I realized just how long our fights lasted. It didn't hurt that I was using lightning infused weaponry either.
There was a few things missed but that`s for you to discover. Small note about the katana, it has bleed build up per fast weapon art slash; it does like 5 slashes and you do 37 bleed build up so 185 bleed build up if you hit all of them, plus if you wear the pontiff left eye I think you instantly get the power up buff if you land the strikes. It`s a pretty deadly combo.
Oro you gotta try out the new Preacher's Right Arm catalyst. You wouldn't think it but the weapon art absolutely wrecks people. It comes out so fast even if they know what to expect most of the time they can't react fast enough, especially if you're mixing it up. It's a guaranteed 3 hit combo, but if they roll anywhere except backwards its pretty much an instakill. Once you get that first hit it's all about the spam. I'd use it over Court Sorcerer staff in every pvp scenario, it's a great tool considering how much people try to pressure mages at close range.
Yeahh, the new pyro spells are solid and the dark spell is underrated imo, its great at catching people in the roll. I already use MLGS so I have no need for the spell version but it's cool too. Killing people with the staff weapon art is the best thing ever though haha, can easily do close to 1k in one true combo with average sorcerer gear/build. MLGS in the right hand and the Arm in the left gives you so much flexibility, since if its in the left hand you don't need to two hand it for the weapon art
The dragonslayer armor mentions the memory of the hunt...and that abysmal swamp actually has some architecture that reminds me of bloodborne. I wonder...
I love my build str/dex with this armor: Elite knight helmet, xanthous scholar robes, undead legion gauntlets, and Elite knight leggings. I found out that the big guys have a crazy stun lock if you hit them in the head.
The Dragonslayer's armor didn't slip off the bridge into the abyssal swamp, it was left to rust for years while the world went to shit and I imagine the bridge itself, or wherever the armor was, sank into the abyssal swamp. This shit is like a long time in the future compared to the story
Oro, you have to go up top and use a mimicry spell to turn in a wandering humanity camoflage. Then you have to travel all the way to the door and get it open that way... Patches story will then continue........

The Iron Dragonslayer set really resembles the Berserker armor. I like it.
