    Form was really good today! Sometimes in the heat of the moment the movements just don't feel right, it happens to us all. I wouldn't stress about it! Keep grinding and stay strong!

    Form looks good. For me, I start with my eyes directly under the bar before I lift off,which is what it looked like you were doing. Maybe it is different for you.

      @@Someone-tn8ur Thank you! It just felt like I was way too close to the rack. On the way up it just seemed like it was uncomfortable, but maybe that's normal? It's WAY different than what I was doing on the bench the bar challenge

    let your elbows go out to the sides more without it being discomforting for your shoulders rather than keeping the elbows tucked along your sides. that will put more tension on the chest, as keeping the elbows tucked puts more of the load on the triceps rather than the chest. look up bench press form videos and compare their elbows to yours

    Yes yes! Great job. I'm rooting for you. I'm a beginner too. I am at 50 kgs bench and OHP. That's about 110 pounds after a month and half. How many sets are you doing right now? Assuming you are working out alone, for bench press as you go heavier loose the pins on the barbell. So in case you can't place the barbell back. You can rock side to side and drop the weights.       I am adding one rep a day for 10 days, then 2 reps a day for 10 days, then 3, etc, until I hit my max per weight. Then I add a minimum amount of weight and do it all over again. It's going to be a long road, but I'm curious to see what the result will be! Glad to have you aboard!
