    what is the difference between the the FID and the M150 please

      The FID bench has 7 backrest angles whereas the M150 only has 6
      The FID has been tested to 300kg whereas the M150 has been tested to 260kg
      The M150 is more compact
      The FID has an adjustable leg support which is useful for decline movements and staying locked in.
