My period is a nightmare and terrifying now. I tried some maca mood balance it was helping a tiny amount. I’ve got insane pmdd now and haven’t found anything to help with depression anxiety. I can also talk calcium deglucatate and dim to cleare estrogen. I lost my sex drive. I’ve got some tabs from crystal star for periods I’ve been scared to try chaste tree again last time I think it made myself depressed more. I don’t want to mess with progesterone but some women have good results.
