The thing is, that if they continue buy bikes "in budget" but then have JHS Racing working XX hours on them for I guess much less than us normal blokes would pay there, then the whole budget thing is totally ridicolus
@@eberbacher007 how about they dont use JHS for anything unless its serious. That way they'll learn and show us how not to fix our bikes 😂
Or just apply a reasonable limit to labour hours, calculate a reasonable rate and then count that part of the budget....

Team Suzuki was a total failure from start to finish.
Al can try and defend it and make false claims but he knows that Bike is a nail.
I feel sorry for the poor sod that is destined to win and try to ride off on that Bike pretty soon.

It's not "basically new" now, as you've put it.
It's basically had nearly everything replaced with second hand parts, doesn't make it anywhere near new.
95% of what has been replaced was not needed at all, only replaced because they couldn't diagnose the fault.
It has still had issues, even though everything has been replaced and I'm certain it will continue to have issues in the future, as it's not a new Bike and they can't guarantee what they replaced was in better condition than what they took off .
Another fantastic series! Would love to see a bloopers/outtake/BTS vid if there's any footage kicking about, and if you've got the time to edit it of course 👌
Its actually a little bit painful listening to Al try to justify that suzuki, it lost in every category except speed/BHP considering it was setup for the track days in hopes to gain big points there you didn't win much there either. Painful riding experience, Multiple critical failures, hilariously impractical/pretty much illegal vs the R1 being a little slower and the rider dropping it on track yes it also turned into a triple but id take that over my gear lever falling off or my brakes locking on multiple times. If James wasn't there the suzuki would of been out and to be fair the r1 would of been limping.
Will we see a NC500 BBB? maybe on 125s?
They will both immediately spring for some old 2 strokes and things will go horribly wrong. It will be the greatest BBB of all time.

I'm a Suzuki rider, but the R1 won hands down.

maybe an idea to do this serie over but with budget naked 600 - 750 - 800 depending on the cylinders (2-3-4 cyl's) , but really go budget, ride what you buy, as stock as possible ?
btw without james this would have been a 1 episode series , he's so great !

First rule when you buy a bike: change spark plugs, oil and oil filter so you stay on 4 cylinders, not on 3 or 2 what happend you in every BBB.
And strip and clean the calipers if you don't know when they were last done!

Dominos always makes me feel rough as the day after, i won't eat it now, i'd rather have a "create your own, cook at home" from Asda, that way i know it's cooked properly.
Domino's is rubbish before nobody gives a fuck prepping it. Once you see behind the scenes you will never touch it again.
Dominos used to be bland, but edible. But a few years ago they started slathering the crust in garlic. And now Dominos is not bland...it's just gross.

Joe Malone exactly ! I reckon if truth be told and they had to pay full price the labour would be more than the cost of the bike! Also not trying to diss anyone but who buys 5 ecu’s and 3 looms etc etc etc ? I know it was a tricky fault to diagnose but if you took your car to a garage and they spent 3 days swapping the same parts what would you think? ...
