    Puri video informative h aur last wala part mujhe chahiye tha aaj kl mene apna 4 months diet plan banaya skinny se weight gain k liye full researched aur mujhe workout tips chahiye thi you helped 👍🏼
    Bhai protein hota hi nhi h ghar ke khane me almost bas 20 25 g protein aur calories bhi 15-1600 se jyada jaa hi nhi jaa rha tha

      @@Chaotic369 hn Bhai avg indian diet me protein nhi hai btw tumne jo diet plan bnaya h usme protein jyada rkhna tb muscle mass gain hoga nhi to carbs se sirf weight he gain hoga....or btw last part me jo challenge tha wo complete kiya ?

    Me knuckle pushups krta hu toh normal me 31 pehla set ab 19 baki h skinny hu but utna bhi left behind nhi hu 👍🏼 but calisthenics me phatne wali h ab

      @@Themasculinecult 5 months se chuta tha sb kuch toh 2 safta hua start kiye hue 12 hota tha abhi atleast 30 pohche h but target 50 reach krne ka tha es month me maybe kr lu
