The most modern and beautiful cave I have ever seen, the interior designer did a fantastic job - I would just never live in a house that gets so little natural light.
Same here. Too little natural light. Beautifully done though.
Mews houses are always fun to look at. It's amazing how they can redo and add so much space to what essentially was the stables and servant's quarters.
whats a MEOW house?
Feel claustrophobic without windows.
The interior designer really did they’re work with this! It’s grand and so stunning but yet kept a realistic sense of cosines! Also loving you guys being back on the screen!
The design of this home has been very tastefully done.
Great presentation. Loved the house. I know the location but always wondered what the houses looked like inside. It was fantastic.
Matt, you have such a cadence about you which I love when watching these property tours. My favourite was one you and the beautiful summer toured in little Venice. I don’t know why but that pulled me in. Thanks for your great work 👏🏽
Did I miss a dining room? There’s a nook near the kitchen but no formal dining room in a £13m house?
What a stunning property! It's amazing what some people can do with skills and vision... ❤
The Interior design is top tier ❤
That 4th bedroom/ media room is literally a corridor 😂 no external window and no room for a single bed. Also who loved sitting on the toilet with a glass door?! Lovely home but a bit of a joke!
well done good tour and presentation , finally modern minimalism done well ...
I absolutely love this place, very nicely done.
Such a beautiful home. Thoughtfully designed and warm and inviting 🤍
So beautiful, perfect home. Love it
This channel only deals in excellence!! I love this house ❤
Loved. Beautiful and cozy.
Loved the interior design and overall look.
Fantastic design of a properly the space was very well executed 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Excellent tour, Excellent house
Tank you
Absolutely stunning interior the natural tone theme is just warm and homely. Shame about location and price (not that i can afford it 😂).
13million that’s not worth it at all
Sure ?
Maybe. But it’s in SW1 🤷♀️
Paying over 10 Million for any house that's on a road is a ripoff. For that price I will always expect a Mansion that's on private land on it's own with a good amount of acres separating it from any other house.
@@winstonfromblackchat238this is London dude.
It looks like a hotel or an airport - all the shiny surfaces, lights and gadgets…. Not my cup of tea 🤷♀️
Unbelievably gorgeous!
One of my favourites to date.
Beautiful property 👌
Beautiful, it looks small on the outside, but once inside, wow!!! it has the Tardis effect.
Rarely do you see a property in central London developed to this spectification, especially a Mews house. It is a really stunning house but I do baulk at the price - I appreciate you can almost name your price in this part of London but even so £13m feels considerably overpriced. I've seen comparible stucco fronted Townhouses in Knightbridge, Belgravia and South Kensington for £7m, £8m and £9m. It doesn't take anything away from this property though, It's still a beautiful house.
the whole property prices at uk are extremely overpriced, for example , how do u justify a 4000 acres or little bit more land along with a house 300 kms away from Edinburg Scotland is priced at us $ 30 million ?
Not enough windows, has the feeling of a posh dungeon
beautiful house, love your London house tours. If I can give you some advice, you could make these videos even more interesting if the guy did them without a shirt 😅😂😋😍
It’s soft, elegant and cozy. It’s the perfect home away from home for non-doms.
7:13 is the new Porsche 911 Sports Classic 992 Gen, in Sport Grey Metallic with Fashion Grey stripes on the bonnet, only 1.250 units will be made
Came here to rip apart a rich persons folly
Stayed glued to the screen, what a nice house on the inside, whoever designed it knows what they are doing and the value of natural dayor night ) light.
Worth every penny of the asking price for location and design.
As beautiful as it is , half the price is for the location!!.❤️🇬🇧🇺🇦
9:00 reminds me of your apartment with the outside shower 😀 what country was that? Australia, or Dubai?
@3:41 they have door to close of party noise with open celling heights @4:10?
From the outside you would never think it was like that in side beautiful you described it brilliantly ❤ from Julie
Lovely home. I wish to buy it
It's magnificent.
Thought it was funny Matt said when going into the lower level entertaining area you could close the door to keep the noise in then pointed out the double height open lighting area straight into the kitchen lol
I can’t fathom that movie room set up. Someone got their tv size/distance to sofa ratio all wrong 😂
Even in the rest of the house, I don't understand having all these houses with luxury details and in all of them they have the TVs set up closer to the ceiling than to the floor. The TVs are supposed to be at eye level...this trend of hanging TVs in the middle of the wall or over fireplaces will end up giving everyone neck issues.
Agreeeed! I just didn’t comment on those because EVERY single house I see with wall mounted TVs has them too high. I’m used to it now.. Like the one that was inset into the wall? I’d have to redo the entire wall to re-place the TV where it should be. But a dedicated cinema room getting the set up wrong? Unforgivable😅
Beautiful place but I have to wonder what the upkeep costs are. Taxes, utilities etc
This house is so tightly packed, not my type
Bar area is fab 😊
So ground floor is basically a basement as the only light coming in is from light well from floor above and a small window at the front. £13,000,000
Favourite for me is the artwork pictures around the home 😊 home for a bachelor weekend pad after a night out from the clubs 😊😂
Lovely, lightly coloured interiors to keep it bright which is a challenge for mews. Good use of space, very surprised by the basement size, they must have acquired or something. Still, £13 million is overpriced. One could probably buy a 4/5 storey+basement Victorian/Georgian with great ceilings and windows for perhaps a shade higher around Hyde Park somewhere. And that would work out cheaper per sq/ft. Obviously a lot of the valuation is trying to premiumize the renovation which is challenging in some small spaces with mews.
I like what you do so much, I don't miss a single video, please tell me which camera you are shooting on???
Movie room claustrophobic 😊
Amazing🎉❤🎉
Reserve this house for me one day I’ll be able to buy but, only if Belgravia will have me. so beautiful! ✨🌻🌸🌷
Wow 13 m for that tiny house is ridiculous, especially compared to the recent house tours
The interiors for this house are stunning but the rooms are so small and cramped. Not the biggest fan of mews homes but I love the design and lighting.
5:00 Rishi? Like Sunak? 🤔😜
Amazing interior decoration!
But in no way it is cozy!
Cramped ✅
Cozy ❌
Beautiful. Luxurious and stylish but warm and homey. Is it for sale?
Nice property 👊👊
Por muy reformada que esté, no deja de ser una casa adosada y esto no vale 13,000,000 aunque Londres sea muy caro.....
Lovely
£13M only space for one car 😂
Yes lovely house and so it should be for the price. And i know its so much because of where it is situated, but i wouldn't want to live in London at the moment way things have bee. I'm glad I'm out of it. Give me a huge house in the lakes with gardens nice views and loads of change in the bank.
This is worth 8 million tops.
exactly a mews house
It would be amazing, if there was more natural light-especially at the back. You would need to keep lights on, all day long.
This house is worth every penny.love your presentation and the quality of the video
So £13.9 mm pound sterling, is roughly $14.5mm U.S. - I don't care if it's in the Queen's toilet, it's not worth 13 million, not for 3.3 s.f.
All that said, it's still in one of my favorite areas in London, I'm a huge fan of Belgravia area... Eaton in the central... Grosvenor Park to the slight north - the whole area is just brimming with stately, quintessentially English understated charm.
I was looking at a flat a few years ago before covid, when I lived in Scandinavia I'd pop through London, and I tell you... central London, particularly the Belgrave area is absolutely top shelf (well) technically, anything east of the circus (Piccadilly) is absolutely fantastic, Belgravia is stunning
I think its worth half the asking price.
Превосходно, но дорого!
LOVE❤❤❤
👏🥂Woaw !!!!
The finishing is 10/10, But 3 small bedrooms for 13 mill is a joke if im being honest. Unless if the buyer is sooo desperate for that SW1 postcode!
Not seen a house worth the price in London in a while
Beautiful home but no dining room. And too many TVs. And seems dark.
Now this what am talking about
Looks like a posh hotel suite , not home
Yip, and those rediculous glass floors😏
Beautiful but I would feel claustrophobic in there
quite pricey as for 3 windows 🤦♂
That walk-in closet is really small considering the price and luxury of the home.
Ground and first floor do you need to pay extra for some natural lights and windows ? Nice house ok but defo not 13 mil
حلو
I know £13 million sounds overpriced (and it is) but remember where this property is. It’s literally around the corner from Buckingham Palace. One of the main residences of the royal family. Its a 5 minute walk from Victoria - which is one of the main travel hubs of London. And its less then 20 minute walk from most of London’s central high end shopping streets. Its also smack bang in central London. I’d say the largest chunk of that money is going purely to the location.
Still not worth it
It's over 15 mins walk to Victoria and the same to Buck House. 25 min walk to Selfridges.
Not sure where you are getting the 5 min walk to Victoria from? I know this house I look down on it every day! 😉
@@jamesk1806 I used to live in the area. And easily made it in those times lol.
@@dorcaswinter8296 I walk from the street this house is on to Victoria a few days a week and no way can you walk it in 5 minutes! Are you sure you have the right area?
It's a beautiful house but no views for 13M is a deal breaker.
basically no natural light, looks like every room is a basement. 13m pounds for this.
It’s a good job the Indian billionaire called in non Indian builders and interior designers. Otherwise it might as well be in Southall.
13 million pounds and no elevator? Those people have to be really fit and young to go up and down 4 flights of stairs constantly…
Your shoulders looking good in that top
Really liked the decor of this house… even a bit of nature adds so much calm to the mind.. so within the limitations of the space, very tastefully done. Too much premium to pay for the location though. And didn’t like the huge tv in the bedroom…just a personal aversion to it.
Stunning home, really lux, but London is just over priced. You get way better value a short commute out. Though I do understand that a lot of people want be in London and not commute hence the hefty prices. Again a beautiful and luxurious home, I do like it.
Cinema room a little small, it’s more like sauna size. Tasteful though.
That cinema room is a TV cupboard. So narrow.
London homes are so overpriced. 13 mill of this is a ,massive bump
Only watch this channel for Summer.
Bar area❤❤❤
Claustrophobic AF.
At that price point there should be decent lateral space.
The powder room isn’t hidden if the door to it has a handle 😅
why is fridge so small?
The house is a bit pokey for the price but the decorations are fantastic.
Mews houses were originally built to house horses and the employees who looked after them.
13 Million Bucks for that... the world is going mad.
I suppose if you want the location you need to pay the price. The home is ok.
Let's start off by saying the 13 million is for the location of this house. For me, the house is a 7 to 8 million price. First, the kitchen is small. Second, you wasted space in the kitchen by putting the glass floor and that wrap around bench (so unecessary). What should have been done is for the wood floor installed instead of the glass floor. Put a long dining room table, center in the middle of the floor. Put the TV, mounted on the back wall centered. Let more light at the top of the celling hit the dining room table. The way you have it now, looks dark and incomplete. Third, the rooms are small, but I get it. It's London. Fourth, another viewer talked about windows. I agree. Natural sunlight only when you go upstairs. But I do understand, it's London. That's why for me the price point 7 to 8 million. One more thing, why so much glass?
Principal bedroom has no windows?!?!
