I figure it takes a long time. The creator has to play the game, create a script then make the AI read the script and output the voices. Really doesn't seem like something that can be done in only a few days.

This is hands down one of my favorite AI president series currently running. The writing is dark but hilarious. The heated discussion of Numel evolving into a Camerupt instead of a Torkoal reminded me of friendly fights we had in high school.
A recurring fight was that one kid that would absolutely die on the hill that he went to the moon to catch Jirachi.
I love 4th wall breakers like when it was explained that Joe is the reason why the next part takes like a month. It all makes perfect sense
