    I see nothing wrong with a father taking revenge for someone hurting his child, of course as long as he knows who did it. I dont blame him for his actions

    • @6666Imperator
      @6666Imperator ปีที่แล้ว +404

      I do. There is a good reason why we abandoned self-justice in modern society and established legal systems to take care of that. Guess what the person you take revenge on also has a family. Kids, siblings, parents whatever. What happens next? Some might accept that self-justice and leave it be. Many others will take revenge as well. Then we are entering the realm of blood feuds etc.
      Now do I understand his action? Of course! But doesn't make it less wrong.

    • @MerkavaV
      @MerkavaV ปีที่แล้ว +575

      @@6666Imperator I understand that modern problems require modern solutions and that in today's society, we have legal systems in place. But what happens when that legal system fails us time and time again? If someone decides to commit murder, he forfeits all right to life. He decided that someone else didn't have a right to live and took their life away from them (and their family/friends). Said murderer has family and kids? Ok? Maybe he should have thought about that BEFORE committing murder. If someone thinks that they can tear a family in half he does not deserve one himself.
      Justice is different from revenge, yes. Revenge is driven by emotion and the desire to "feel" better about your grief. Justice however runs along these lines: "Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, life for a life." You steal something? Money is used as compensation - Justice. You hurt someone? You cover their medical expenses and possible lost wages - Justice. You take a life? You forfeit your own - Justice.
      With that said, I nor you can dictate if a man's action as a result of loss and grief is wrong, especially when the legal system fails. Blood feuds? Those "usually" only exist between gangs and crime syndicates now. Usually... to summarize? I will not and cannot tell a father that he is wrong for taking the law into his own hands because his daughter was murdered and he found, without a doubt, the murderer. But that's just my philosophy. The world is a cruel and dark place afterall. 🤷‍♂️

Usually with some money or a promotion, what ever.
      Problem is, if you follow most those employees, they all have varying degrees of pain and hardship. A whole lot of them work hard and do a good job. So this one guy gets a nice surprise, but life goes on, and all these other employees keep on working without any recognition.

      Saying you understand his reaction and you dont blame him are 2 vastly different things. He shouldnt have done what he did. Thats a fact. You cant take the law into your own hand or else you accept vigilantism AKA you think Ahmad Aubrey was a justified shooting. Thats just one of several issues with self help. Since you seem to be quite emotional and make emotional decisions, let me name you a similar incident. In the 2000's, there was a plane crash in Europe. The instant blame went on the ATC guy who was operating the plane. A father of one of the victims decided to take matters in his own hand. He found the ATC in his house, waited there until he stepped out and stabbed him until he died and fled. In later investigations, it turns out the ATC was resolved of any wrongdoing as the findings stated that he did not have the correct tools to operate the plane that night. Do you really still not blame the by defintion, murderer? Now, can you understand the reaction? Yes but you cant justify their crime. My story and this story is basically the same story but the only difference is that the guy in question in the videos story's guilt is unknown while my plane story proved the murdered persons innocence

      A few company discounted tickets to an amusement park and a tax write off donation to a charity of his choosing. This boss is weak and doesn't deserve dedicated workers.

      Also I feel like the judge should feel shameful. AT LEAST the daughters murderer wasn’t dead. That was even punishment for him enough. Still serves 3 full years over an assault that was Deserved

      I would assume the anger is so much greater than what I assume it to be. The murderer does not deserve any freedoms or peace.

    I feel for this father and his loss. As a parent, I can imagine that you can get so emotional, so angry and frustrated because someone had the audacity to take the life of your beloved child; a child you raised and nurtured with love and care and then someone took that life as if the life of that child meant nothing at all. God bless this man.

    I am so sorry for the loss of your Daughter. My husband would have did the same. Your whole family paid the price. You are an amazing man and you are teaching your kids a great lesson in life. Life isn’t always fair and be truthful. . To be honest I had to wait before i could do this message. I couldn’t see through the tears and I’m still crying. May God bless you and you’re family.❤️

    so sorry about his pain and I really think Johnny Rockets probably earned millions of dollars just from the positive exposure of the kindness of the show. I think the generosity was very light on their behalf. There was an opportunity to change his life more but it was still a nice thought.

    This is heartbreaking and yet inspirational at the same time. This guy experienced the worst possible thing a human can go through and he picked himself up after going to jail. Sometimes life can throw you a shitty hand but it’s how you bounce back that shows a true sign of a good person

    And you can tell the boss felt so bad for him. It was such a kind gesture on his part. He could of done nothing for his employee but he did.

Is a real man, a father, and an example of such, deserves EVERYTHING he couldve had and every blessing he has coming. It touches me so much to see that there is hope for humanity 🥺 Right on! I wish there were more supervisors/managers/ bosses who just understood and listened.

    My friend from worked called up to say that he wasn't coming in to work 1 day because his daughter was raped & murdered. A supervisor forgot to write it down & my friend got fired, the union fought to get his job back after the supervisor admitted that he forgot to write the information down. Now this Johhny Rockett's boss is a great person.

    My 18 yo daughter was brutally murdered five years ago. When the detective and clergy showed up at my home early morning to tell me she was deceased, and who did it, I immediately started planning how I would get my gun and enter into the jail and kill him. Fortunately, her grandfather was able to shoot and kill him as he was also attacked. (no charges were ever filed against him). So I can so relate to this mans actions that has changed his life. Under certain circumstances we will all do things we wouldn't normally do. My heart goes out to him and his family. This boss was very caring in giving what he did. {{{HUGS}}} to all the mom's and dad's who have lost a child to murder. Keep living and don't let the monster who took your child take your life too!!! May God Bless us ALL!
