We do need a better healthcare system for the public. These are cheap for foreigners because they have good economy and their countries medical system is too expensive. You ask middle class citizens in India and they'll complain about how much it costs for a treatment. Doctors are also overworked without adequate pay in comparison to the amount of work they put in.

I am staying outside india and I can say with my experience that Indian health care system is the best in the world … Both quality, cost and time.

It's incredible for Americans because they can afford it. In India, most of the Indians cannot afford the "incredible" health care system we have here. They are still dependent on public healthcare system which is horrible.

US hospitals are good but very expensive of you don’t have insurance. Many people work at companies for low paying jobs because the company is providing health insurance.
